Midnight

Uhh so it's been a while- I apologize for that I haven't been on wattpad in a while so that's my fault- anyways here's part 2!

It was about 12:03 when Ace came in through my window and about 12:10 when he left. As soon as he left I kind of felt bad for what I said so like the stalker I was about to become I found his socials and somehow found out his phone number. I was honestly surprised myself. I texted him saying 'im sorry for what I said I was just tired and I had just woke up so. Yeah.' I then turned my phone off not knowing I would get an immediate response so I looked at the message and it said 'who is this?' so I had to respond with my name obviously. He said 'oh no worries I couldn't really tell you were asleep. My bad.' I just laughed quietly at his message trying not to wake my mom. When I turned my phone back off I turned a random color on my led's and I turned my tv on. There was nothing special so I was just scrolling through them until I found a crime one. 'Southern fried homicide' is what it was called. It seemed interesting so I watched it until like 2:00 in the morning. I was bored so I decided to sneak over to Ace's house because why not. Once I got out my window I jumped the fence and climbed up to his window, but once I got there of course it was locked so I texted him. 'open your window dummy.' I heard footsteps knowing it was him and he opened the window letting me in. I didn't really know what to say to him so I just stood there under his red LEDs. It was honestly so awkward until he said something. He said it quietly though so I had to move closer, since I did I might as well take a seat beside him on his bed. "Why are you here again?" He said whispering. All I could say was because I was bored and didn't want to sleep. I'm sure he was also bored because the way his tone was. I looked away from him and looked to see what he was watching and apparently he was also into crime. I just sat there beside him watching the tv until I felt something on my hand. I thought it was a bug so I quickly pulled my hand away and slapped it then I heard Ace laugh. I had forgotten that I was at his house for a second so I looked at him. "What's so funny?" I said in a confused tone. He laughed again quietly saying "the way you jumped." Okay I have to admit it was kind of funny. I didn't realize what time it was until I checked my phone and it said 3:26. I was shocked and told him I had to go. "Leaving so soon, stalker?" All I said was 'be quiet dumbass I'm not a stalker.' even tho I found out his phone number and his socials. I said bye to him as he waved at me and closed the window behind me. He watched me closely as I was walking to my house and climbing even though we lived next to each other. I guess he just wanted to make sure I was safe. When I got back in my window I saw my mom standing at my door frame. I knew I was fucked when I saw her. This wasn't looking to good for me when she looked at me with her 'im disappointed' look. I sighed deeply until she finally spoke but she only said one word. "Phone." I didn't feel like arguing so I just powered my phone off and gave it to her. She took it and walked out of my room closing the door behind her. I look out my window to see Ace was still at his. I held up a sign saying I was grounded and got my phone taken so he shouldnt text me. All he did was a thumbs up and waved goodbye at me as he closed his curtains. When he did I locked my window and did the same then I flopped on my bed face first. I was tired again so I just went to sleep. The next morning when I woke up I had forgotten everything that happened earlier. I walked into the bathroom to take a shower. About 15 minutes later I hopped out and got dressed, did my skin care, brushed my teeth and my hair, and then I went back to my room to do my makeup. I somehow had time. I got my stuff ready and I walked downstairs and saw my mom making breakfast. I walked up to the fridge to ger a glass of water and my mom asked me something. "Wanna talk abo-" I cut her off. "Nope." I took a sip of my water and my mom sat down the food Infront of me. I ate slowly making sure I didn't accidentally choke because I did that alot as a kid for eating to fast. When I finished I told my mom bye and that I loved her and grabbed two pieces of toast on my way out. When I walked out I saw Ace standing Infront of my mail box waiting for me. I walked up to him handing him a piece of toast and he said something. "That's probably the nicest thing you've actually done and you've hated me for 2 and 1/2 days." I replied with "yeah yeah." And I rolled my eyes but I was just messing around. When we got into the school the first thing I did instead of walking to class I walked into the bathroom to make sure nothing messed up. While I was looking at myself in the mirror a group of girls walked in laughing. I'm assuming they were friends because they were matching clothes and stuff. When I heard them walking in I pretended I was washing my hands and then I grabbed my stuff and a few paper towels on the way out but one of the girls stopped me. "Wait you're the new girl right?" I said yeah and we started a conversation. It was about 5 minutes and I said I had to go and that I'd see them around. They all said bye and I started walking to my class. I looked around to see it was empty and the teacher wasn't there yet. Ace was the only one in the classroom but he was on his phone so he didn't notice me walk in. I went over to my seat beside him and sat my stuff down. I walked to the seat Infront of him and sat in the chair but I was facing him. He just glanced at me and said "hey stalker." I said hey back and he looked back down at his phone. I grabbed his phone quickly and he looked up at me before saying something. "Stalker has some moves huh?" I looked at him and laughed while I was just looking at his phone. I was scrolling on his Instagram until I went to his profile as a joke and saw a picture of him but he was shirtless. I just stared and he said was talking but I couldn't hear in that moment and my heart skipped several beats. "Ava!" I got snapped out of my thought quickly closing Instagram and turning his phone off sitting it on his desk. "Dude you good?" He said and I didn't know how to respond. "Uhh.. yeah! Yep! Perfectly fine!" That's what I responded with like the dumbass I was.

Soo this is kind of a long chapter and I started this at like 3:37 and it currently 4:07- so uh I was just bored and I knew it's been a while since I wrote so I might as well continue this story 🤷🏻‍♀️
