EPISODE 7, PART 1: DEATH NOTE

(On Monday after the party, two days later, Melissa stopped Spencer before going to school.)

"Good morning, Spencer. Can I talk to you for a moment?" Melissa said.
"Sure... what's up?" Spencer replied.
"How was the party?" Melissa asked.
"It was eventful, but fine... why are you asking me about it now?" Spencer questioned.
"I heard what happened. First of all, your friend was really mean to Cece. She didn't deserve all of that..." Melissa said.
"But Cece betrayed Jason. What's wrong with what Aria did?" Spencer defended.
"She did it because he was neglecting her, and now I understand why. Poor thing... you should stay away from your friend..." Melissa suggested.
"You shouldn't try to blame Aria when your friend is a snake! Now, if you don't mind, I need to get ready!" Spencer retorted.
"One more thing, do you really like that idiot? You can do much better, Spencer..." Melissa said.
"Are you talking about Kim? He's sweet and genuinely cares about me, and these days it's hard to find someone like that," Spencer defended.
"You'll find others, I'm sure. In my opinion, you should break up with him!" Melissa insisted.
"Stop trying to decide my life for me. Now, I'm leaving. Goodbye," Spencer said angrily.
"Wait..."

But Spencer left angrily to get ready.

(Luka wakes up.)

"Buddy, I'm hungry!" Plagg said.
"Just 5 more minutes, Plagg. It's 7 in the morning..." Luka replied.
"You usually wake up at this time. Why are you more tired? Did something keep you up?" Plagg asked.
"Yeah... Marinette didn't reply to me yesterday, and I was thinking that maybe there could be a small chance between Aria and me..." Luka confessed.
"Buddy, Aria is in a relationship, Marinette clearly likes you, and you like her too. Go to her! I bet she was just busy!" Plagg advised.
"Is it right for you to be with a girl whom you wouldn't be with if you liked someone else?" Luka pondered.
"No, but..." Plagg started.
"That's the problem, Plagg. I..." Luka paused.
"Buddy, if Marinette confessed to you right now, would you accept? " Plagg asked.
"I... need to go have breakfast!" Luka changed the subject.
"I understand. You can't answer. Do what your heart tells you, my friend. Also, grab some cheese for me. I need breakfast too!" Plagg said.

So Plagg and Luka went to have breakfast.

(Zoe wakes up.)

"Good morning, my queen. I see you're happy this morning," Pollen said.
"Good morning, Pollen. It's because I have you again. Without your help, I would never have been able to talk to Emily so openly!" Zoe said.
"Are you sure it's not because you kissed Emily?" Pollen teased.
"It was my first kiss. I've never had someone interested in me like that, especially someone so beautiful!" Zoe said happily.
"I'm happy for you. You deserve it!" Pollen replied.
"But there's something bothering me..." Zoe started.
"What, my queen?" Pollen asked.
"Lila hasn't responded to me since we saw each other at the party the other day... I'm worried that something happened to her..." Zoe expressed her concern.
"She'll be fine. You'll see her in about an hour at school!" Pollen reassured.
"Wait a minute, maybe I can sleep a bit longer and leave the house later

with you, Pollen. Sharpen the..." Zoe said.
"Don't do it!" Pollen interrupted.
"*chuckles* Gotcha!" Zoe laughed.
"Yeah, funny..." Pollen replied.
"Don't be sulky, Pollen. I'll never use my powers for personal gain again. Ladybug trusts me, and I don't want to let her down!" Zoe assured.
"That's the way, my queen!" Pollen agreed.

(At the school entrance, Emily was looking for Zoe when an unfamiliar girl approached her.)

"Hi..." the girl greeted.
"Hey, can I help you with something?" Emily asked.
"Yes... I'm new here, and I can't find my classroom. Could you help me?" the girl asked.
"Sure, which classroom do you need to go to?" Emily inquired.
"Room 12," the girl answered.
"Okay, what's your name?" Emily asked.
"I'm Maya. And yours?" Maya replied.
"I'm Emily, nice to meet you," Emily said.
"Could I have your number? I mean... in case I need to ask you something!" Maya requested.
"Um, alright..." Emily agreed.
