" Aditya..." she whispered and tried to lift her hand to touch him but her hands were attached with drips so she couldn't. She just kept looking at him and tears were flowing from her eyes. She had
almost lost hope that she will survive and be this much close to him ever but here he was holding her and sleeping beside her.

" I am sorry Aditya. I thought this birthday will be your best birthday and you will be very happy, but it turned out worst all because of me. I can't even imagine what you must have gone through in last few hours. I am extremely sorry and thank you for saving me. I knew it, only you can save me. I love you so much maybe not more than as you do but still I do. You mean world to me, and I feel so lucky that you became part of my life unknowingly and you never left my side despite me trying to push you away and my cold behaviour towards you. Thank you for not giving up on me and for everything you did for me since the day we met. I don't know how I can be so lucky to get you but now I will never hurt you and will never leave your side ever no matter what. You are the best thing ever happened to me. I love you." She said in her mind while looking at him and was crying with happiness.

After sometime,

Nurse came to check her progress and immediately informed doctors that she woke up. Nurse checked her all vitals and noted it in her file for doctors reference. Then she looked at Aditya who
was still sleeping.

" How are you feeling now? I must say you are very lucky. Doctors had doubt that you might go into coma, but I guess someone's prayers brought you back. Your husband really loves you so much. You should have seen him when he took you here. He was in very bad condition, and I thought we might need to admit him too along with you." Nurse informed Avantika and smiled.

" I know" She whispered.

Then doctors came and checked her. Avantika requested them to not disturb his sleep and they agreed. They checked on her and went away. After that her family members came as they got the
information that she woke up. First thing they noticed was Aditya sleeping there sitting on the chair and keeping his head on the bed beside her. Malini felt so relieved to see that.

"Beta how are you feeling now ? you really scared us. Thank God that you are out of danger now. "Arundhati asked her while sitting on other side of the bed and holding her hand.

" Feeling better mom. I am sorry for creating so much trouble for all of you, but I don't understand who did that and why? Why will someone kidnap me?and I heard that they were talking about
getting some instructions. I really got scared as I don't know what they would have done with me if I would not have got chance to send message to Aditya." Avantika shared her query and fear.

Arundhati looked at her and then at her husband who was standing behind her like a lifeless statue. She didn't know what to answer her. So, she decided to avoid that question for now.

"Avantika, please don't think of that now. The best part is, you are safe and with us. Forget whatever happened, ok? and focus on your recovery and the man beside you. We got you safe and sound in less than 24 hours is only because of him. If he would not have been there, God only knows, what would have been happened? Anyways forget all this and take rest. You still need to take proper rest and care to fully recovered and don't think too much about anything else ok?" Her mother instructed her.

She nodded her head, but her eyes were fixed on her father who was looking so pale and lifeless.

" Dad, are you ok?" She asked.

Devraj got shocked as he was not expecting that sudden question, but he somehow controlled himself.

"You are on hospital bed attached with multiple machines and equipments and asking me? and youreally think that seeing you like this; I will be ok? If something would have happened to you, I would have never been able to forgive myself and maybe would have left this world. I am sorry beta for everything. You know that your father will never deliberately put you in any danger, right?" He asked while sitting beside his wife. Tears were flowing from his eyes.
