Powers (Chapter 3)

EINS POV

He slowly moves closer

I start Panicking

What's his next move he promised he wouldn't hurt me!

I felt something gentle on my ears slowly moving around. I felt calmer more relaxed.  

Im putting my trust into this guy.

PIERCE POV

I think he likes it because his tail started to sway a little.

i keep petting him

He still doesn't move away.

Instead he rubs his head against my hand

Pierce: "Do you like that buddy." I ask and he lets out a small purring noise.  Before I knew it he crawled into my lap and laid in it.

He looked SO CUTE.

I just wanted to hold him and never let go.

Then his stomach growls and he groans

Pierce: "Hey buddy you hungry?" I ask

Ein: "Yeah, But I already had my Injection for the week I have to wait till next week to get my next one."

Pierce: "Injection?" I ask surprised

Ein: "It's how I get my food." He says casually

Pierce: "Then why are you waiting a whole week?!" I say loudly and I stopped petting his ears.

He quickly moves his hand towards his ears covering them.

Pierce: "Sorry!" I say as I go back to petting his ears.

Ein: "It's okay" He says "I have to wait a week because its my punishment" he says

I was in shock

Punishment what did he do

Pierce: "Wait what did you do?" I say while turning him to face me even though I know he cant see me.

Ein: "If I tell you can you keep petting my ears?" He asks "Please." He says

Pierce; "Of course you don't even have to ask!" I say with a smile.

Ein: "Well what I did was about four years ago I think, I know that because I counted how many injections I took meaning I've had about 200ish injections."  He says.

FOUR YEARS

HES BEEN HERE FOR FOUR YEARS!!

Ein: "Well one day one of the staff members told me I was going to fight another experiment, just like every other day."

Pierce: "Wait- there's other experiments here?"

Ein shakes his head

Ein: "No.... ummm they're in a better place now.."

What does he mean?!

Did they die or something?!

Pierce: "You dont have to tell me If you're not ready." I say calmly stroking his ears.

Ein: "When experiments fight, it's a ....ummm" he says "A fight to the death." He says in a small voice. 

THEY TOLD HIM TO KILL SOMEONE?!?!

THIS PLACE IS JACKED UP!

He shakes a little bit.

Pierce: "Shhhhh it's okay." I said. "Here." I said reaching into my bag with one hand while petting his ears with the other. "Here eat this I said handing a small sandwich to him and he feels it then smells it. (It's still in his hands btw)

Ein: *gasps* "SOLID FOOD!!" He exclaims he snatches it from my hands and munches it down.  "Thank you!" He says as he sits up and hugs me. When he hugged me I felt all warm inside it felt weird and my heart rate picked up.  "Are you okay?" he asks as he removes his head from my shoulder. "Your heart rate picked up again!" 

Pierce: "Seriously how do you do that!" I ask as i use one hand to pet his ears and the other to rub his back.

Ein: "I'll tell you after I finish the first story then you tell me a story!" he says in a cute higher pitch tone.

Pierce: "Deal!" I say

Ein: "Uhmm so here there used to be fights between other experiments." He continued

Ein: "Umm.. so one day I refused to fight because I didn't want to hurt anyone especially because....um...I-I knew them... they were my friend yeah m-my friend."  He said. "We were really close with one another."  "So of course I wasn't going to fight them!"

Ein: "But when I refused they...they." He trailed off.

He started to shake a little more I just held him closer and kept petting him like he asked.

Pierce: "Sssshhhhh It's okay puppy." I say in comforting tone.  "You dont have to tell me if you dont want to."

Shit I just called him puppy

Ein: "Can i tell you how I can feel your heartbeat?....Please......I dont wanna think about that memory right now..." He says looking a little sad.

Pierce: "Of course you can!"

Ein: "I can feel your heart beat in with three ways."  He says with a HUGE mood swing. "One with my ears." He rubs his ears up against my hand again. "Two I was holding you hand so I could feel your pulse." He said moving my hand away from his ear and put his hands on my wrist then he put my hand on his head again.

Pierce: "You've gotta teach me that sometime!" I say happily. "But how would that make you weird?" I questioned.

Ein: "Then the third way....." He says. "I cant do it because I have my blindfold on."

Pierce: "Do you want me to take it off?"

Ein: "NO! It's on so I dont hurt anyone again." Again? Who did he hurt? Was It an accident? "Uhmmm.... It's hard to explain." He says and he bites his lip. "So when I look at a person I can basically see who they are."

Pierce: "Okay.... Can you specify a little bit please?" I ask as he fidgets with his fingers a little bit.

Ein: "Umm I'll try......like I said it's kinda hard to explain.... but when I look at someone....It's like I've seen their whole life... I can see who they're related to...where they live...how old they are...their social  security number and phone number." He pauses to take a breath. "It's like when I look into their eyes I can see how their life began and how it ends...." He says im just in shock. "I can see EVERYTHING they've ever done I can see their emotions I can see their heartbeat.... Just everything..." He just sits there.

Pierce: "T-that is just WOW!" I say "I cant even process that!" But how can he hurt someone with that?

Pierce: "Hey Ein can you turn around and close your eyes real quick?" I ask. As soon as I said that he turned around.

Ein: "What are you gonna do." Hey questions.

Pierce: "I just wann try something okay?" He nods.

I put my hand on the back of his head where the bandanna is tied.and I removed it.

It's me (obvi) but anyways I'm so so so so so so so sorry that I haven't been posting on Wattpad I have been focusing on YouTube rn and I have been working on one-shots and the dare video I promise!
