Beauty Rest (Chapter 9)

Pierce's POV:

OH MY GAY, DID HE JUST DIE!?!?!?

Pierce: "REGINA WHAT THE HELL?!" I yell. I look down at Ein who's laying in my lap, passed out.

William: "REGINA WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!" "ANOTHER MISTAKE AND YOUR FIRED!" He yells he gets down on the ground with his me and Ein, the limos pretty big, I wonder how much money this guy has. "Good news he's still alive." He says calmly checking Ein head to toe, or should I say paws? I  mean he's a werewolf!

Pierce: "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT HES NOT BREATHING!!!" I said ready to give him CPR. "LACK OF CERTIFICATION DONT FAIL ME NOW!" I said ready.

William: "He's ALIVE, he doesn't need CPR." He said grabbing my hands before I could put them on Ein's chest. He takes something from his briefcase (not the one Ein gave him) and pulled out some weird tongs, he put the collar that shocked Ein into a bag and sealed it. "I'll have to study this in the lab." He says as he opens up the door I still had Ein in my lap and I picked him up and was about to step out of the car before scientist's with similar lab coats ran up with a cot and a few even had hazmat suits.

They grab Ein and tie him to the cot and wheel him away.

Pierce: "What are you gonna do to him?!" I ask, I didn't want Ein to be hurt anymore.

Petra: "Sweetheart please calm down, there gonna take car of Ein while he's recovering." She says grabbing my hand.

Pierce: "But what if they hurt him??!" I ask following William out the car.

William: "My colleges aren't going to hurt him, they just need to tend to his wounds." He says with a smile leading us inside.

Regina: "But he showed no signs of damage." She said looking at a clip board.

William: "While he didn't show it on the outside, he could be hurt internally, like a broken bone."

I start to fidget with my hands, worrying if Eins gonna be ok, or if someone else is gonna hurt him. William places a hand on my shoulder.

William: "Here" he says as he hands me a tablet, "You can watch Ein and make sure he's okay." He turns on the tablet to reveal Ein with some regular clothes on, hooked up to a bunch of machines. I keep walking with William while occasionally checking on Ein through the monitor.  "Come and sit, that mom gave me a tape to explain how Ein functions." He says while he pops it into a compartment on the TV. The film starts and opened with a young man in a futuristic room.

???: "Hello journal! My names Charlie today is July 30, 2005, our newest assignment given to me was to look after a baby, Im not sure why im being given a baby but hey I'll take him! I get him in a few days so stay tuned!" A man says, he has Brown hair and a pale complexion. He walks over to a corner in the room and grabs a few papers. "The information I know about this little guy is that he's a genetic mutation, meaning he was created by my peers, his soul purpose is for protection, it says here he's gonna be a human and that's it.... Huh, well I guess you cant get a lot of information on something before it's created!" He chuckles "See ya when I get more information!" and the TV pauses.

William writes down something in a note book, "Supposed to be human.....and was created" He says and starts the documentary again.  This time the room looks a little different, there was baby stuff like a crib, high chair and toys. "In a few minutes Im gonna get to raise, the first EVER genetically created experiment!" He says, then there was a knock at the door, "That must be him!" He says and runs out of frame, he sits back down with a blanket and a piece of paper in his hands. He sets the papers down and starts to unwrap the blanket that's moving around, "AWWWWW" He takes out a little baby with short raven hair with a blue streak in it, and really cute small werewolf features.  "Hmmm werent you supposed to be a human? Oh well!"
