Every story Starts, but starting isn't always great....

This story starts in a world not so different from the normal everyday earth, for the exception of one thing. An apocalypse...

It all started 10 years ago, in what the now barely functioning society calls the pre-apocalyptic era.

That year wasn't a normal year, there was an increase in earthquakes rate per month as well as having been a lot of reports of around the world of crazy people saying that they've seen cracks, where media such as tv shows, video games and movies came out of those said cracks. But it might also just be hallucinations.

chief executive: Is everybody here for this meeting?

executive#1: yes, we shall commence at once, the topic of the day is rather strange.... Many citizens have been reporting having seen strange sights in the sky, as if reality was shattering.

Executive#2: and apparently it has also seem that those people have seen fictional characters and place inside of those cracks.... What is this? some kinda sick jok-

(The earth starts shaking as loud crashes are heard across the distance)

executive#1: and as you can see (and hear) they've seen to be an increase in earthquak-

(But Before he could finish his sentence, louder sounds were heard as the whole building started to shake violently as they all looked through the window towards the sky.)

And what they saw outside this window was truly a sight to behold as cracks started to form in the sky, almost as if the sky was a broken glass, and in those cracks could be seen fictional places of popular culture as well as fictional characters leaving those cracks and entering our world.

and then the realization of the men in the offices sink in, those "strange" reports were in fact real.

What was known as the Apocalypse era had started

Towards the first few years after this rather strange event happened the government was able to kinda keep up with the Apocalypse and create (and reuse) shelter to protect the citizens as well as dispatching  armies and launching missiles. But it was plain to see that they were more and more struggling as time passed until that brought us to today 10 years later. One rather grand and over looked side effect of this apocalypse era was that some humans were built differently...... no literally, some humans started changing or as the government calls it, "evolving". Those "evolver" had strange like ability almost like powers.... Key word 'almost'. Armed with that knowledge, the government started doing what they called project recreyo.
A project consisting of finding and recruiting those "evolvers" and creating a task force to counter those cracks (now commonly known as portals) and possibly understand them.

And that brings us to this helicopter above a desert, in which today's Adventures start, with Curt Richi, an "evolvers" who happens to be the son of the chief executives which leads him to be the only member of the recreyo project, and now he is sent an a mission alone to recruit "evolvers" in a very dangerous places known as Texas.

Curt: *sight* why do I have to recruit them when it's supposed to be the executive jobs. Well at least they gave me a few supplies as well as the BUSTER SWORD that I requested
