Third Wheel Pik 2: Out Of Retirement

The Fight

-Pikachu's pov- 

Ash was silent the entire way over. Any time I tried playing music, he immediately shut it off. Once we were back at Misty's, he sat in a kitchen chair. He sat there, waiting. I hoped for the best, and went to watch the Transformers marathon Ash had on before.

About 45 minutes passed when Misty finally came back. As soon as she stepped in, Ash started to talk. I could only watch. 

"Where were you?" 

"Out with friends, like I said." 

"Oh really?" 

"Yes really, why?" 

"So, which friends?" 

"Just May and Dawn." 

"Liar!" 

"What?!" 

"I know you were with Rudy!" 

"And how do you know this?" 

"Me and Pikachu followed you!" 

"Don't bring me into this(pika pi pika pikachu)!" 

"What, you had no right!" 

"Well, why didn't you tell me?!" 

"Because I knew you would overreact." 

"You were basically in love with the guy, so of course I would overreact!"  

"It's not just that, you overreact over some of the stupidist sh!t too!" 

"Well maybe if I could trust you-" 

"What do you mean maybe you could trust me?" 

There was a silence. It honestly was scaring me. Then Ash took a deep breath. 

"I mean, I don't think I can trust you-" 

"You can't trust me!" 

"Well with what you just did-" 

"You said you would only battle every now and then, but you travel to battle EVERY DAMN WEEK! If anyone has trust issues, it's me!"

"Well at least I don't lie about seeing guys I loved in the past!" 

"He was in town, we ran into each other, I decided to show him around while he's here. That's it." 

"You didn't say any of this to me." 

"Cuz you overre-" 

"Stop with that!" 

"Ash, you need to listen-" 

"No you need to listen. If I can't trust you, then I might as well not be with you!" 

"Wait Ash, what the f#ck(pika, pi pika)!?!?" 

"Do you mean that?" Asked Misty, on the verge of tears. 

"Please say no(pika pi)." 

"I think I do." 

"What-(pi-)" 

"Fine, then get out." 

"Guy-(pika-)" 

"Get the hell out, and don't come back." 

"Bu-(pi-)" 

"Fine."  

Ash grabbed a suitcase, and opened the door. 

"C'mon Pikachu." 

I stare at Misty, then reluctantly go with him. He slammed the door and walked down the hall. 

"What just happened(chu pikachu)?!" 

-Misty's pov- 

As soon as he left, I fell on the floor. I hadn't cried in a while, not since Togepi. But now, now the dam was broken.
