"Oh yeah, there's a festival soon.."Hina smiles as she readies the foldaway table with Emma. Everyone wanted to have a hangout then came up with a cute little picnic. No, Takemichi did. Nonetheless, it was only you, Emma, Hina, Mikey and Takemichi there. You started to ready all the food you guys made pre hand, and got a large mat out.

It was underneath this large blooming tree that didn't fail to cover most of the blanket with shade. When Draken arrived, you saw Emma pull him into a big hug, blushing. Your rolled your eyes at her cute little excitement as you readied a polaroid camera. You took a test picture of Mikey inflating a random ball. He blinked due to the bright flash, and you shook the film.

Takemichi and Hina were on the mat already taking lil selfies and Emma was scolding Mikey with Draken. You grin seeing Mitsuya and brought him to a tight hug, "Hey Takashi!"
"Oh, y/n, you look nice," he smiles, patting your head. You give him a little nudge before watching Chifuyu come in with Baji. Baji looks at you with a stern face as his hands were in his pockets.

Pah and Peh finally arrived after Hakkai and the Kawata twins. You were sitting with Hakkai and Mitsuya for most of the day, chatting with them and Emma. Chifuyu butted in to talk about the manga he recommended you a while ago. "Y/n, did you know they're making a second volume?"

"They shoulda left it off with one but i'll buy then next one," you sigh, pretty upset that it's continuing. Chifuyu went back to Baji as you leaned onto hakkai, groaning as he ate some food that Mitsuya made.

You clung onto Hakkai, wrapping your arms around his, whining about the uncomfortable shoes you're wearing. Soon, WAAHHBAMMMM a ball flew into Hakkai and rebounded on your forehead.

"Which one of you-" your glare first directed to Mikey..then Nahoya...then Takemichi then you saw Baji's absolute cold ass stare. "Huh-"
"Pass the ball back dumbass," he groans, ushering his arms out, clearly pissed. "Jeez..." you throw the ball back to him and then changed your position to lay on Emma's lap.

You brush off Baji's snarky demeanour, thinking it's him being his usual self. 'God he's so stupid.'
You play with Emma's hair that's down and then take a fruit off of the plate that was in front of Mitsuya. "No Hakkai, I don't-"

"Please Taka??"

Your mind set on the situation that's currently happening infront of you, Hakkai gripping onto Mitsuya as Draken Emma and Pah were laughing. You smile, not cause of the idiot clinging onto the other but at how happy everyone during this moment.

"Why are you smiling...y/n?" Hakkai glares at you jokingly, before sitting back, leaning against the tree.

"Huh? Oh i'm just thinking about something," you say.

"About your crush?" He jokes as Emma oohed his teasing, making you blush.

"Ion have a crush," you groan, throwing a seed of some fruit at Hakkai.

You sit up from Emma's lap, "I'm gonna join the others in the game they're playing."

You leave the people under the shade + Souya, Hina and Takemichi who got demolished by the ball. You turn to see a sweaty Chifuyu and Mikey, a Peh on the grass and Nahoya defending the ball from Baji. You walk up to Chifuyu, "What game's this?" You ask. "It's just a random game, you gotta take the ball off of someone and keep it for the longest."

You didn't want to play so you stayed by Mikey who reeked of sweat and some cologne. "Y/n!" He smiles, wiping the sweat off of his face with his shirt. Lifting it up, revealing his lower abdomen, the white shirt really not doing much to cover his wet body. He poured some water to make him refreshed...even though it's winter.

"Mikey, you look like a wet dog," you laugh, "and smell like one too..." You added on, muttering barely a whisper as he was quick to turn his head towards you. "Say that again y/n," he pouts, chasing you as you ran away. "DUDE, I'M SORRY!" You can't help but laugh as he tackled you onto the soft tall grass a few metres away from the blanket. He grabs your sides and starts to tickle you, making you laugh.

"OKAY I TAKE IT BACK!" "JUST-" you burst into another fit of laughter. You and Manjiro both lay together on the grass. "Do you ever feel like an oxygen particle?" He asks out of nowhere. "Okay, i'm gonna leave now!!" You joking claimed as you stood up and walked to where the others were playing the game. "Y/n!" He sighs, catching up to you, putting his arm around you, feeling the touch of your friend really comforted you.

After all...what you've been through during the past month or so really did hurt you. Whatever, Baji just stared at you, his arms were tensing up, his muscles so much more defined, his fists clenched. He walks away as soon as you arrived, you look at Baji then noticed how odd he's been.
"Wait...I didn't even greet him.." you sigh to yourself, watching Mikey run off to Nahoya, getting the ball off of him.

Baji was leaning against the tree as he listened to Mitsuya, you walked up to him scaring him. "Baji?" He looks at you, "yeah?" "You've been ignoring me dude...i'm not dumb," you groan.
"Really? Cause I remembered when we were all buddy buddy just then," he says.

You roll your eyes then pat his shoulder, "sorry if i made it look like i was ignoring you," you sighed, crossing your arms. "Nah, my bad, shoulda said something at first." Baji says, getting off of the tree and took your hand. "Baji-"
"Let's walk around for a bit," he smirks, calling out that you guys were going to walk for a bit.

Your heart starts to skip beats as he didn't let go of your hand till the two of you made it onto the main pathway. The two of you caught up from the last time you saw each other, you took a stop besides the pathway. There were quite a few people walking throughout the park, elderly, parents and their kids, couples... But you noticed two cute cats.

One of them were black and the other was white but with the same colour eyes as you. "Hey look, these cats kinda look like us," Baji points out, picking up the little white cat. "Right?" You smirk.

You picked up the black cat as it quickly got comfortable with you, you sitting on the grass by the edge of the pathway. Your back is now on the elevated grass, laying down slightly as the cat rested on your chest. You nuzzle up next to the cute cat, giving it some eskimo kisses. You can feel Baji's stare at you, kissing the cat that looks like him. You ask, making a joking move, "you wanna kwiss tooo?" You ask in a baby voice, laughing hysterically at yourself.

Baji watches you in awe..then "disgust", his face becoming red. "Fuck off Y/n," He's a little idiot, but you know..he wants to be your idiot. To be totally honest, Baji got a little snarky when he saw you get touchy with his no..your friends too. He wants someone to put up with his childish shit, his jealousy, his idiocy, his injuries. He's glad he found you..now he's just gotta make you his.
