Now back to the story:

Qrow

I watched my nieces try to comfort each other before they started speaking about their missing friend, Jaune. Well, he couldn't be called a friend since they foolishly drove him away for transcripts. Guess I should've told my nieces about how my sister and I did the same thing yet we became some of the Greatest Huntsman on Remnant. 

"So, Mr. Branwen...What do we do now?" Velvet said shyly. To be honest, I didn't know what to do. We would need a great deal of knowledge to plan our next step...wait a minute, knowledge!

"We are going to Haven." I said.

"Our school?" Neptune asked. I nodded since I knew that Haven had the relic of knowledge and it would also give us some 

"Yes, there is something special that was hidden in the school which might give us the answers that we need. However, we should be careful considering the forces gunning for all of us." I said. 

"The situation is worse than that. Multiple Huntsmen and Huntresses have been killed in missions. At first, I chalked it up to unfortunate accidents, but after it kept happening...I suspected foul play." Sage said.

"I see. That is kinda fishy." I said. I had a bad feeling about that situation and I feel like someone in the circle has betrayed us. I didn't want to believe it yet it seems so likely at this moment. We just need to keep our guards up and hopefully things will work out, but like always my luck has always been bad. 

Yang

As I walking with my friends, I overheard Uncle Qrow' s explanation on what we should do next. We had to go to Haven and receive something that has been kept secret from the general public. Which begs the question, What other secrets are out there? I'm sure that they could be dangerous secrets, but I'm sure that my team and I can handle it. 

We took on multiple opponents before and we always came out on top. Besides this could be just what we need to get our lives back on track after....our biggest mistake. Just then Uncle Qrow walked over to tell us the news. Needless to say, Weiss has something to say about it.

"Secret? Why didn't you inform us of these so called secrets in the first place?" Weiss said.

"Weiss, that's the point of keeping a secret. Anyway, When are we going?" Ruby said.

"We can go once they open Bullhead travel again. For now, we just need to rest and make plans in case things go wrong." Uncle Qrow said.

"Alright. I can't wait to beat up some bad guys." I said pumped before I heard my team sigh due to my antics. We will take care of this easy and no one can stop us.

 We can get through this together...right?

Liu Kang 

I sighed looking at Johnny's fight while wondering how I became friends with a man with such a huge ego. However, I had more pressing matters to take care of than think about my friendship with him. Dark forces are raising up again and we need more help then ever so...I had to bring back some old enemies and convince them to become allies. However that may be more difficult then it seems due to some conflicts between different members of our group.

"Hm...So you're the person that my sister is smitten with." A voice said. I turned and saw Mileena walking towards me. Normally, I would cringe, but she hasn't done anything to our group...yet.

"Mileena. Why are you approaching me?" I asked with a stern voice.

"I wish to speak about...getting a proper relationship with my sister. We have never been close yet she never made any steps to have a proper sibling bond like she has with Jade." Mileena said.

"You haven't done anything to help matters either." I stated.

"I couldn't cause I was following my father's orders and once he died....we had to fight for his throne. A fight that I lost due to that oversized bug." Mileena said.

"I think that you..." I started to say before a portal came in the middle ring. We were getting ready to fight before a familiar face stepped out...

Raiden, the former god of Thunder and Lighting.
