•{CHAPTER 2}•

Yeonjun's POV:

Have you ever felt the empty feeling in your heart? The feeling when you have everything a normal person could wish for but you are still not happy there's just something that fills your with so much emptiness ,when there isn't any reason for you to be here with everyone but you're still holding on that one last hope called people you LOVE for , holding onto them but one that hope breaks you break too? I have had this feeling for a while now , still trying to figure out something else to hold onto for me to live on, other than my brothers , my family. 

I do feel like a burden to them sometimes , how they are still taking care of me who is nothing but an "unplanned" child for our parents with a bunch of health issues , yup you're right I was just a child who was borned by mistake ,and was about to be abandoned and got taken in by my brother's , crazy how they were ready to fight my parents with everything but not my parents and then it lead to my brother's and me being abandoned by them altogether.

Anyways , since I do not have anything in particular I'd like to do in general so I've given my everything to books , atleast I can get immersed in them and not think about anything else, because I rather read my books more than going out with people and make friends .

But here I am with this guy beside me trying so persistently to be friends , and after a week of him absolutely interrupting me every moment he got , I agreed to be friends with him , he isn't bad infact he's super funny , it's just I'm afraid I'll end up hurting him like everyone else.

" What are you thinking about bestie?" beomgyu asked.

" Nothing really, and I am not your bestie alright " I said to him while moving forward .

" Yeah yeah and  fishes don't live in water " he said trying to be sarcastic.

" W-What are you even talking about , sometimes your mind amazes me beomgyu " I said while stuttering a bit being flustered with his words.

" I know bestie I am so amazing that it amazes everyone " he said by flipping his long brown hair with a sassy face.

" No it amazes me by the fact of how can your always think of something dumb everytime you wan to prove your point to me " I said while giving him a side eye and a little smirk with how stunned he was with my words he really is funny .

" You are literally the only person who can make me speechless more of the reason for me to call you bestie" he said with a smile on his face now walking beside me again.

" Hey can i ask you something? " beomgyu said again.

"Yeah I guess? But if you are going to ask anything about my brothers then please don't" I said with a serious look on my face.

" Ohh no bestie you are getting me wrong, Its just that I wanted to ask of what meds where your brothers talking about for you to take ? Its fine if you don't answer really , I was just worried a bit" beomgyu said with a nervous face.

" Ahh the med? Its nothing serious just some vitamins for my body because its a little weak and some are for emergency cases if I ever go into any severe panic attacks only those meds can help me to calm down for a bit" I said with a small smile .

" Ohh okay I wont ask you anything more further , I already asked you something so deep but tell me if something like this happens at uni okay? maybe I could help" he said with sincere eyes looking at me.

" Okay " I said softly.

" Lets go we are about to reach our uni" he said as we walked.

As we reached to the gate of our university , there were a bunch of people crowding up around someone with amusement in their eyes, I really do not care but here I was being taken in the crowd by beomgyu pulling me by my hand because apparently he like 'drama' , I really am getting pissed but it wouldn't hurt to show a little efforts in this friendship I guess.

Here we are but I couldn't really see anything beside the silhouette of that person, thankfully the crowd died down a bit as that person quickly left and then we were able to leave as well

" Aww man I really wanted to see that person he looked so cool from the back" beomgyu said pouting.

" It really doesn't matter that much though, why would you be invested in something this meaningless" I replied.

" You don't understand bestie , you need drama in your life for it to be fun and I am here just for that so hold on to me " beomgyu said with a sly smile on his face.

I just gave him a confused look , while he still had that sly smirk on, I am damn sure this guy is thinking of something worse , gotta look out for this jerk before he does something stupid again.

We both were in different majors and therefore were in different classes I sat alone where the window was and looked out for a bit it was beautiful day , after sometime my english professor arrived , with some papers in his hands ,looks like there is going to be suprise test , but before anyone could say anything he said,

" I was orginally going to take a suprise internal test for you all , but seems like i have to take it tomorrow since a new student would be joining us today , so please give him a warm welcome and help him with the previous portions if he needs help" 

" Please come in and introduce yourself " the professor said while looking outside the classroom gesturing the student to come inside.

" Hello everyone ! I am Choi Soobin , please take care of me for the following year " he said with a cheeky smile on his face while giving a bow.

Every girl started squeaking with excitement in the class and I didn't even understand the hype for this , what was even so great about him that got people staring at him with heart eyes? I scoffed at their reaction and went back to reading as he took a seat at the row beside me and people around him started to talk to him , until they got yelled by the teacher to quiet down. Everyone then went back to their studying , but then I felt someone's presence staring at me.
