I led a fairly ordinary life, with a somewhat sad childhood being the only notable aspect. Eventually, I became an average doctor in the countryside, and before I knew it, I was already in my thirties. Without many close friends or family, I found solace in my love for idol groups, particularly one called B-komachi. I enjoyed doodling and collecting trinkets related to my favourite member, Ai.

A coworker named Gorou Amamiya shared my affection for Ai, and we quickly became friends. Although I found some of Gorou's comments and his obsession with sixteen-year-old Ai a bit strange, I understood that such behaviour was common among fans. Despite my own flaws, his actions sometimes bothered me. Nevertheless, we grew closer, spending time together outside of work, going out for drinks and such. Maybe I even developed a slight crush on him, but I didn't want to ruin our friendship.

One day, I discovered that Ai herself had visited the hospital and was expecting twins. Gorou, in a mix of panic and excitement, shared that he would be her gynaecologist. I was excited too but decided not to interfere out of respect for Ai.

As Ai's delivery approached, I was about to leave the hospital when I noticed a suspicious figure lurking nearby. Since I knew most of the locals, it was clear he wasn't from our town. My heart raced as I noticed the knife he held. Trying not to show my fear, I walked past him, but deep down, I couldn't bear the thought of him following me. I started running as fast as I could, hoping he wouldn't chase after me. When I finally looked back, he had vanished. I was still running though, and before I knew it, I approached a small cliff without realising it. I tried to stop myself but couldn't, as I knew the inevitable was about to happen.I felt a sharp pain all over my body, as I layed there. I was lost in thought, thinking about other possibilities. There was a larger cliff not too far away, and it was fortunate that I hadn't stumbled upon that one instead. Falling from there would have surely meant my end. But luck was not on my side, as I felt myself losing consciousness. I fought hard against it, knowing it could seal my fate. I desperately needed help, so I reached into my pocket for my phone. However, I was already slipping away, and although I managed to dial Gorou's number, I blacked out before saying a word. Gorou assumed it was an accidental call and hung up, unaware of the situation I was in. With nobody aware of my location or condition, I continued to lose blood, eventually meeting my end.

My name was Asa Higuchi, and I tragically lost my life. Yet, contrary to everything I believed, my story didn't end there. I found myself inexplicably reincarnated as the baby of a well-known show director, destined to live a life intertwined with that of a certain set of twins.
