"YOU HAVE TO COME CAITLIN!!" Keeley had said to me way to loud over the phone while I was driving.
I've recently came to visit Keeley since we became friends before I moved to Ireland. I have been here for about 2 days so far and she won't shut up about this "Football" match, Shes been dying to make me go to one since I've never been to one because, well it never caught my interest. I'm more of a laid-back type of person, I don't like being in crowded areas nor loud areas but of course that's where Keeley always wants to be. I just follow along because she is my only friend in this place.
"Keeley. Hun, I don't like football you know this, and I don't want to be in a crowded place!" I replied back to her as I stop a at red light. I hate driving so much causes way too much anxiety to go through my body, I'm always scared I'm going to get hit or not stop in time. "Caitlin if you come you might be able to find someone to get down and gritty with!! Also, ray is coming so you have to come please!!" Keeley has replied, I can hear ray in the back mumbling on about something clearly, he didn't want to go either. But he did for his girlfriend. "Keeley, I just became single after being used and cheated on I really don't think getting laid will be a good idea!" I replied, my Irish accent showing itself. I make a right-hand turn and pull into a driveway of someone's house.
"YOU ARE HE-" Keeley had shouted into the phone before ending the call and running outside at full speed as I get out of my car. Keeley tackled me into a hug. "NEVER LEAVE AGAIN!" Keeley said as she squeezed the living hell out of me. "Okay, okay let go and tone it down a little I'll be here for a month!!" I replied trying to pry Keeley off of me as much as I can. the impact made me tumble into the backdoor of my car, as I finally got Keeley off of me, I dusted myself off.
"Still not much of a hugger huh?" Keeley said, I have never been the one to hug it always made me feel like I was being suffocated. "Nope! but I give you some acceptations because I love you." I'm glad she never forced me to do many hug things. "Now let's get going to this football game..." I can't believe I agreed to this.
"YESS!!! Oh yeah you get to meet Rebecca I forgot about that!" Keeley said getting into my car. "Wait I'm meeting someone??" I got into my car and started it as Roy went to his own car and drove off. "Yes, I forgot to mention that I'm sorry but don't worry she is very nice to be around! she will love you!!" she was now searching through her purse to see if she can find her phone. I waited for her to find it since she knows the way there. "What are you waiting for?'' she got her phone out and put it on the arm rest. "Directions Keeley." "RIGHT!" finally she gets it!

We finally make it to the stadium. It was way more crowded than Keeley said it was going to be, I parked my car in a parking spot. "So do I follow you?" I looked to Keeley waiting for a reply. "Yes, just follow me we will be in the black box it won't be as crowded, and I promise after this match you will love football!" she said as she got out of the car. "Whatever you say." getting out of my car and locking it, Keeley took my wrist into her hand and dragged me into the building.
"Keeley slow down! god you are going to rip my arm off if you are any faster!" I was trying to pry my hand away from Keeley, but she kept going until she made it to a door and didn't even hesitate to burst through the door. "REBECCA" she finally let go of my wrist as she shouted this women's name. "JESUS KEELEY" An older women said as she jumped in her chair from the loud noise "You nearly broke my door!" Keeley looked back at the door and then to Rebecca again. "It looks fine to me!" Keeley flopped down on the couch... Did she forget I was here!? "Keeley...?" "Hm? Oh yeah! Rebecca this is my friend Caitlin she from Ireland!" Keeley said pointing at me, I waved having no idea what to do to. "Oh yes! I heard a ton about you Caitlin!" Rebecca got up from her chair and walked over to me to shake my hand. "As you know I'm Rebecca." I took her hand and shook it before letting go. "I'm sorry to say it I have heard nothing of you.!" "Wow Keeley and I thought you would at least say my name!" Rebecca said looking at Keeley. "Oh, look at that the game is starting!" Keeley ran out of the room before me, or Rebecca could say anything.
as we finally caught up to Keeley, she was already sitting down waiting for us, I sat down next to Keeley as Rebecca sat down next to me...so I was in the middle. "Lier." I whisper to Keeley as I lean down to get closer to her ear. she pushed me away by my face as I laughed. As the game went on it was kind of entertaining, Keeley kept yelling about random stuff that I did not understand, same with Rebecca. now I can see why they are friends they relate way too much in these types of things. in the end the team did not win this round, and everyone now seemed to be in a sour mood.
I follow Keeley back into Rebeccas office and she once again flopped down on the couch. "I think that was our worst match yet." she mumbled since her face was in the cushions. "Yes, it really was." Rebecca said behind me that scared me, so it made me turned around. she smiled at me and walked back to her desk. "Sorry that your first game was horrible Caitlin." Keeley said looking up at me. "it's fine it was pretty funny to see you nearly fall when you got up." She got up and swatted at me as I blocked it with my hands, laughing. "Okay! okay! I need to go Keeley; I will see you tomorrow." "Already?" "I will be back I need to sleep soon I still haven't since the plane ride!" "Okay okay! text me when you are home alright?". I nodded my head "bye Rebecca hope to see you again." "Bye Caitlin!" she waved as I walked back out.
I finally got in my car and started it, I put my address on my phone and start to drive home.
I've never been a fan of football. but maybe my mind will change over time.
