TWENTY FIVE YEAR OLD Dayvon stood outside the abortion clinic leaning against his car waiting patiently for the doors to slide open and for a nineteen year old Manariah to walk through those doors.

The two young adults relationship was not what you would call a "fairytale" love story, unfortunately to many looking in from the outside it would be looked at as a nightmare.

Manariah was dumb and so in love with Dayvon that she turned a blind eye to all of his red flags he showed simply because she wanted to be with him forever and hoped one day he would change. Contrary to what she believed Dayvon had no intentions of changing anytime soon because he loved the power he knew he had over Manariah.

Finally the automatic doors opened once more and out came Manariah walking slowly with her arms wrapped around herself with so many thoughts running through her head not even acknowledging Dayvon who was running to her aid.

Two weeks prior Manariah and Dayvon had found out she was six weeks pregnant and the two both had totally different reactions to the pregnancy. Manariah was ecstatic at the thought of starting a family with Dayvon, whereas him on the other hand immediately pushed for an abortion. Eventually she agreed to the abortion giving into Dayvon's empty promises and lies, ultimately landing both of them at the local Planned Parenthood on a Friday morning.

"You okay baby?" Dayvon asked softly causing Manariah to snap out of her thoughts as push him away to the best of her ability still feeling weak and drained. Dayvon let out a sigh placing his hand on her lower back walking slowly with her towards his car, "I'a take you straight home folks. You need some rest." he added softly still helping her to the car before feeling Manariah push his body away a little harder this time.

"Move Dayvon." Manariah spoke up walking on her own towards the passenger seat feeling tears well up in her eyes. She could hear Dayvon running up behind her before his hand was on her back again helping her to the car

"Let's take it easy baby, just relax." Dayvon said with a sigh opening the door for Manariah helping her sit down. Once Dayvon seen she was comfortable in her seat he closed the door softly and ran around to his side.

Sliding into the car he sighed seeing that Manariah moved all the way to the window looking out, "Baby errything gon be okay I promise." Dayvon spoke reaching out to place his hand on her thigh but she immediately moved her leg out of his reach and continued looking out the window. Manariah tried to hold in her tears thinking about what she just endured to keep Dayvon happy but she had no control as they fell.

"I'm sorry baby. I know you wanted a baby but ion think we ready." Dayvon sighed starting the car. That statement alone made Manariah's blood boil but she tried to contain it, "You know I already got two kids folks. Ian ready fa' anotha one." Dayvon kept talking not realizing how upset he was making Manariah

"Dayvon please just shut up. I don't want to talk about it." Manariah sobbed out putting her head in her hands making Dayvon quickly shut his mouth hearing her sobs get louder, "My whole body hurts Dayvon. I just want to lay down and be left alone please." she went on wiping her face with her hand looking back out the window watching the buildings and houses pass by as Dayvon drove in the direction of the condo that Manariah shared with her best friend Skylar.
