Midnight:"And now here comes the experimental part headed by the headmasters of the academy..."

Then the arena was packed up. Together it went from one ring to six rings. And around it was a water filled exterior.

Midnight:"Here we have the head master behind this, Ozpin!"

In the ring came Ozpin.

Ozpin:"This part of the tournament will be called the War Games, in here two teams will be picked and put to face against each other"

Y/N, Bakugo, Izuku, Todoroki, and Smith we're in the room together.

Bakugo:"Y/N..."

Y/N:"Yes?"

Bakugo:"Stay out of my way"

Y/N had a more somber look as he put his hand onto Bakugo's shoulder.

Y/N:"We have to work together, this is our chance!"

Izuku:"Y-yeah!"

The silence was deafening, each man was eying the other. Y/N had went to his bag and put on a combat outfit.

John Smith:"I will have your back..."

Y/N just stared at him, Smith only smiled at him.

Location: Union Academy Arena

The two teams were put into two separate sides of the arena. Team One and Team Two positioned opposite each other. The air was tense as they awaited the signal. Then over the intercom they heard.

Ozpin:"Begin"

Both teams rushed towards each other. Yang had ran towards Y/N which resulted in a brawl.Todoroki and Izuku were paired up to face against Weiss and Pyrrha. Bakugo was facing off against Kirishima, which was somehow evenly matched. John Smith was combatting Kaiba.

Yang had delivered a strong punch to Y/N's face but he simply smiled, wrapped his arms around her in a bearhug, and suplexed her. She had to quickly move while prone since Y/N went for an elbow drop. They were to fight but we're interrupted by the explosions of Bakugo and Kirishima trying to close in the distance.

Kirishima then jumped at Bakugo but his momentum was stopped by Bakugo blasting him away. Izuku and Todoroki were managing against Weiss and Pyrrha. Their semblances were a great advantage against the two who don't use their quirks to full power.

Every 'Detroit Smash' was wearing down his nearly broken arms. Todoroki was only using ice which was slowly giving him frostbite. But the other two were at a slight disadvantage. Weiss could use her skills and semblance, but Pyrrha could only rely on her skills as her semblance was useless against the other two.

John Smith and Yuuto Kaiba we're having a sword fight. They did not care for the world around them. The clanging of swords was all that was heard. Although Kaiba had to dodge a lot of the wide slashes of Smith's greatsword.

John Smith:"Honorable, may our match be to our temporary end"

Y/N was blocking hits from Yang's fists. He then rushed her and grappled her to the ground and now on top delivering strikes to her face. Eventually he stopped after he saw her smile as she gave a punch which forced him off. He then ran and punched her only to be met with a more powerful punch.

Bakugo had had enough, so he launches himself in the air and launches a powerful 'Howitzer Impact' destroying one of the arenas. Although Bakugo had swiftly moved on to help Izuku and Todoroki. Kirishima was left in an injured state in the destroyed arena.

Smith and Kaiba were scarred and bloody. They were breathing heavily and Smith was leaning onto his greatsword.

John Smith:"It was an honor to fight you"

Kaiba:"As it was mine to fight you"

Kaiba leaped into the air and Smith was to deliver a strike which would cleave him in half.

But Kaiba was moved before he could be cut in half. Smith, with a surprised look, had turned his head to the move Kaiba. Pyrrha had moved him, but was caught with an explosion from Bakugo and then being frozen in place by Todoroki. Taking her out of the battle. Weiss was then dealt with.

Y/N and Yang were now bloody, with Yang having a broken arm. Yang was fading out of consciousness.

Yang:"I gotta keep going"

She ran towards Y/N, but had passed out from exhaustion. In response Y/N had caught her.

Y/N:"You fought well, under other circumstances you may have even beaten me"

Y/N had turned to see the other three looking at Smith and Kaiba once again fighting. There once proud and fluid duel now turned into a sluggish fight for survival. If Kaiba lost his entire team was out of the tournament and if Smith lost he'd still be instated due team remaining to fight. Kaiba had everything to lose and Smith had everything to gain.

Kaiba had side stepped a slash from Smith. So he went to capitalize. Kaiba went for a slash and managed to cut Smith's face, slashing through his cheek and separating his jaw. But Kaiba felt a cleave and looked to see his arm had been torn through. There the match was called.
