Flashback(This is before Sanemi saved Giyuu for jumping off the cliff)

Third Person's Pov (Also Sanemi's)

"Ugh.. Why can't I sleep?" Sanemi thought to himself. He couldn't sleep after all the training he did for the whole day. "God fucking dammit!" Sanemi growled as he sat up.

"Why can't I stop thinking about him?" Sanemi put his hand on his face, he sighed and decided to go outside for some fresh air. He brought his sword along with him just in case if some demons attack him.

Sanemi was walking alone at the forest and not knowing where to go. The image of Tomioka suddenly came to his mind, "what the fuck? Why do I keep fucking thinking about that asshole!?" He clenched his fist and scowled as he kept walking, he always hated Tomioka but why does he have this strange feeling when he's around with him. "I need to talk to Kanroji tomorrow about this strange feeling.." He sighed.

Sanemi decided to go to the cliff to relax there and get Tomioka off his mind. When he was almost at the cliff, he saw someone there. "Huh?" Sanemi thought to himself, "what is this person doing here? Do they know it's dangerous to walk around at night?" Sanemi slowly walked closer to the person who's standing there, he stopped as the person took off their shoes and toss it at the side. He slowly takes off their braids on their hair.

"Wait.. What the fuck are they doing?" Sanemi couldn't speak or shout. Wait, I realized something on the clothes they wore. That haori.. I recognized it! The solid red one and one geometrically pattern that color green, orange and yellow. The person who's standing at the edge of the cliff was.. Tomioka Giyuu.

"What the fuck?!" Sanemi's eyes widened from shock. He couldn't yelled, he couldn't move his body, he tried to move but his body doesn't let him. Sanemi need to get Giyuu to pull away from the cliff, he needs to save him, he needs to save his love of his life. "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!! I need to fucking move! But why does my body refuse!!? Sanemi started to sweat, his body froze in place and he couldn't move a muscle.

"Why I can't move my legs?" He couldn't move, it was like he was glued to the ground, "Move your ass and save him you shithead!" he growled to himself. He look at Giyuu and he was taking a step forward, his legs moves on it's on and ran fast as he can and quickly grab his wrist, pulling him away from the cliff. "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!" Sanemi shouted, Giyuu gasped and turned to look at him, Giyuu's eyes widened as he saw Sanemi right in front of him.

"S-Shinazugawa? W-What are you doing here?" Giyuu stuttered. They're both stare at each other, Sanemi stare at him. He was mad and confused. "I said.. What the fuck are you doing?!" Sanemi stomped towards Giyuu and pulled him back roughly causing the black haired man to fall.

"why would you care.." Giyuu mumbled as tears fell down his cheeks. "What?" Sanemi couldn't hear he was saying. Giyuu clenched his fist so hard his nails digged in his palm.
"WHY WOULD YOU FUCKING CARE!" He shouted at the man infront of him.

Sanemi stayed silent, as he watched the man tremble and shaking, he was confused. He saved Giyuu but he wasn't happy for it. He saw tears came down on Giyuu's blue eyes, Sanemi's heart broke when he saw the man crying infront of him. Giyuu suddenly fainted of exhaustion on the ground.

"TOMIOKA!"
