no one's pov~ you and hobie were in india as you tried to save pavtir's city but hobie couldn't concentrate for shit because he was looking at you getting too close miles. "so you speak spanish?" you asked as you swing around at the falling building, miles nodded as you smiled, "yeah!" he spoke back to you and you finally made the building stand. "you're good at this!" he said to you and you smiled, hobie swing up to you and grabbed your waist.
"hobie!" you yelled but you pulled your body away from his grip, you let go of your web as you tried to help these kids and started looking for their parents. hobie felt his teeth grinding together, it was killing him but this is like the 2nd time that he was jealous because you always were with him but for some reason today you weren't.
after saving the city, you guys landed and everyone started thanking you guys. "this is so weird." you whispered to miles through your teeth as miles laughed. then jessica pop out of portal, "we need you guys at headquarters now." jessica told you guys and you and hobie rolled your eyes. hobie grabbed your hand and held it in his vest pocket like he always did but this time he held it tighter, you all followed jessica into the portal.
now you guys were in the elevator, where everyone started taking off their masks. you took off your mask after hobie took off yours, "woah...how are you guys even cooler under your mask?" miles asked and you smiled. "i was this cool the whole time." hobie said and miles just nodded, hobie gripped onto your hand even tighter than before.
when you guys got out of the elevator, you immediately pulled hobie to the side. "what's wrong with you?" you asked and hobie looked away from you as he sniffed, "i'm fine." hobie replied and you pulled your hand out of his vest pocket. "yeah you're totally fine!" you said sarcastically, as you showed him your hand that was very red and he just walked off.
you followed the group, you noticed that hobie was picking up tech pieces and putting them in his pocket. you walked closer to him and started helping him put stuff in his pockets, you just sighed and looked to miles. "what do you wanna be apart of working under miguel anyway?" you asked him because if you were honest you hated miguel and this stupid ass spider society, "uh i don't know, just seems fun." miles shrugged and then hobie massaging miles's shoulders very hard.
"miles will be fine!! he's smart! he'll figure it out!" hobie said as he smirked at you and you just rolled your eyes again. when you guys finally made it to miguel's office, you didn't go in because you pulled hobie to the side again. "what's wrong with you?! you've been acting weird this whole time!" you asked and hobie just sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck, "do you like miles or something?" hobie asked you and you looked at him with so much confusion.
but then it hit you, "YOU'RE JEALOUS!" you scream in a whisper as you jumped up and down. "n-no i'm not!" hobie said and you just stopped jumping and smiled, "just tell me." you said and hobie just sighed. "yeah yeah, maybe i was a little jealous but you were doing too much anyway." hobie said and you smiled as you pulled him closer to him.
"i love you hobie." you spoke as you kissed him.
