Chapter 11: Revelation

As Trunks and the Sailor Guardians continued to search for Chibiusa, Trunks was the first Saiyan who finally the small princess of the near lake. He was relieved to see Chibiusa was still okay, so he went to go check her out and see if she was alright.

"Chibiusa, are you okay?" Trunks asked, worried. He carefully approached her and sat next to her until Chibiusa leaped towards him and embraced him crying.

"Trunks..." Chibiusa sobbed. She buried her face into his chest and continued to hug him tightly.

So Trunks began to rub her back slowly while cheering her up. He held her close and soothe her gently. "Shh, it's okay, Small Lady. Everything is going to be okay."

"No, it's not, Trunks! Everything's not okay! Daddy has been cheating on Mommy with your mom this whole time! Now my parents getting a divorce! Everything is not okay! Never again!" Chibiusa sobbed.

"I'm sorry you have to see this. I know things are the problem." Trunks replied.

"I don't want my parents to split up, but at the same time, it isn't right for my dad to cheat on my mom with Bulma." Chibiusa sniffed as she wiped the tears from her eyes.

"I know, Chibiusa, but I would never forget Mom for cheating on Dad with Mamo. I'm not so surprised because I already learned that my parents don't love each other anymore." Trunks said.

"What am I ever going to do?" Chibiusa asked.

"I'm so sorry. But do you want me to go ask your mom if I can fix this?" Trunks asked as he wiped off the tears from her eyes.

"N-no... I remembered hearing Mom say Dad had been cheating on her. It's not fair for her to be with someone who treats her like that. My mommy deserves someone like your dad. I know Vegeta would never do that to my mommy. I know they deserved each other."

Trunks chuckled, "Oh, man... I don't know if it's going to happen or not."

"Don't your daddy care about my mommy?" Chibiusa asked curiously.

Trunks sighed, nodding. He could tell if he and Usagi are really close together, then that mean he knew they would care for each other. "Very much, but this is the last thing your mom needs. She just had her heart broken, so she needs time to heal."

"Your dad can heal her heart, right?" Chibiusa asked.

"They don't work, but your mom needs her time alone to heal herself. You never know what the future hold, Small Lady. Maybe when she feels better, something might happen."

Chibiusa looked at him curiously. "You think so?"

"Yeah. But don't worry, Chibiusa. Your mom will be okay." Trunks promised.

"Small Lady!" One of the Sailor Guardians called out to her. It was then they finally found Chibiuss being alone with Trunks.

"There you are, Small Lady. We were worried about you." Ami said, worried. She walked towards her and hugged her tightly.

"Great job, Trunks! I knew you would find her!" Makoto said with a smirk, giving Trunks a thumbs up.

He smiled. "Thanks. I'm glad I would find her. If I didn't find Small Lady quick, she would be lost."

"Shall we head back home? Usagi was worried sick about Chibiusa." Ami said.

"Let's head back to the castle, guys," Minako said before the others headed back to the castle.

"Mommy!" Chibiusa cried out as she leaped towards her and hugged her. Usagi hugged her back instantly.
