Chapter 13: The Aftermath

One month later...

After Usagi became pregnant and told Bulma the truth about the affair they had, she had gone to court and filed the divorce paper. When it was done, the judge must review and approve their agreement before making it a formal support order. And judges won't approve these agreements unless they meet the requirements in the child support guidelines. However, the judge suggested they share their child during her support.

When everything was done while this was going on, Vegeta and Bulma does the same way that they had to pay child support after the divorce.

So everything was over.

Usagi was now three months pregnant as she was walking beside Chibiusa while holding her hand. At first, she remembered how furious Mamoru was when he finds out that she had an affair with Vegeta and became pregnant with his child. She guessed he'll have to get used to it. It wasn't her fault that she got pregnant by Vegeta.

At that moment, when Usagi and Chibiusa came home, Vegeta greeted them happily, "Welcome home, girls."

"Hi, Vegeta," Usagi greeted him back as she kissed him on the lips. "How did it go?"

"It went smoothly, but I had to pay child support by supporting Trunks," Vegeta said.

"That's good to hear, but mine does, too," Usagi said.

"Usagi, there is something I want to ask you," Vegeta said, pulling something out from the back pocket.

"What is it?" Usagi asked, curiously.

"I know this isn't the right time and I had no place to take you out, but..." Now Vegeta was on his knees beside her and opened the small box euth the diamond engagement ring, which surprised her.

"Usagi Tsukino, will you marry me?" Vegeta asked.

Usagi started to cry, "Yes, Vegeta, I will marry you."

Then Vegeta quickly slipped the ring on her finger, then stood and kissed his now fiance, and hugged her tightly but not too tight so that he didn't hurt the baby.

Chibiusa looked excited. "Does that mean you're going to be my daddy?"

He smiled at her. "Yes."

Then Chibiusa jumped at Vegeta and hugged him tightly as she knew it was the happiest day of her life. She was excited that Vegeta and Trunks are going to be her family.
