(JACKSON'S P.O.V:)
There it was. Lying on the ground.....Dani's necklace. The simple, gold chain with a gold heart dangling off it is lying in the middle of the room. On the floor, in a pile of dirt.
She has to be here somewhere......
That's when I hear it.

(DANI'S P.O.V:)
I don't know how long this world of misery will last.
I have walked through it ever since humanity diminished.
The only thought that kept me going was finding my family. Finding Jackson.
And when I did, I let it go.When will I ever fix it?
Why am I such an idiot?
Where has he been all these years? And why do I have the feeling that he knows something that I don't?
Life is confusing

(JACKSON'S P.O.V:)
I walk through a crumbling building, following the noise.
It sound like someone crying. Someone sleeping.
Like Dani. Now, don't get me wrong. I am not a creepy stalker dude that remembers how my girlfriend sleeps after 3 years apart.
No... Let's just say that I'm dedicated. Or that I care.I turn a corner. There, lying on the concrete asleep, is Dani.
She seems to be crying. I don't know why. Nightmare? Memory?Oh yeah.... Or because of me.

(DANI'S P.O.V:)
I have yet another nightmare. This has to be a new record. This time, Jackson is carrying me bridal style through a field of knives. Every time he moves, he gets cut. I am laughing at him, poking him with a knife, too. He cries in pain, but even though I harm him, he holds me even closer. After hours of agony, he dies, still holding me, lying in a field of knives and and resting in a puddle of his own blood.
God, I'm a monster.
