When they arrived at the movie theater, Gus quickly pulled his friend by his hand for him to choose which movie he wanted to see. Gear followed behind them.

"What do you want to see, Night?" Gus asked.

"Any movie will be okay. It's up to you, Gus," Night replied because he didn't know much about what new movies were out. He turned to look at Gear, who had stopped behind him.

"Which movie do you want to watch?" Night asked his friend's brother.

"Don't go and ask him. We intended to see this movie, just the two of us. He decided to tag along, so we get to choose the movie that we both want to see," Gus immediately shouted.

"It's up to you, Nong Night. I can watch anything," Gear said to Night with a smile. Gus gave his brother a look of suspicion. He didn't trust him.

"Damn it, P' Gear, I think you should go buy us some snacks. We will choose the movie tickets ourselves. Give me some money," the small figure opened his hand to ask his brother for money. Gear just handed some money to his younger brother.

"You can pick a movie yourself. I can't buy snacks and drinks alone. Nong Night, come help me," Gear said to Night.

"No, Night must stay with me," Gus shouted.

"I think I'd better go and help P' Gear, Gus," Night said. Honestly, he understood Gear probably wouldn't be able to carry everything back himself.

"Yes, Gus, you can pick the movie for us. Let's go, Nong Night," After saying this, Gear immediately pulled Night away by the hand, leaving Gus to stare after them blankly.

...

"Uh... P' Gear... let go of my hand," Night said when Gear was taking too big of steps. The short guy couldn't keep up with Gear's long legs. Gear slowed his pace before turning to look at Night.

"This morning, we agreed that you will refer to yourself in a third party. You haven't forgotten, have you?" Gear said back. Night's face turned red when he saw Gear's eyes on him.

"Uh... P' Gear, let go of Night's hand," the young man said again. This made Gear smile.

"Why would I let go of you? If you get lost, Gus will surely kill me," Gear said.

"Night, don't go anymore... Night thinks we'd better go buy some snacks," the young man shifted his glasses in embarrassment. The warmth from the tall figure's hands spread throughout Night's body and into his heart. The young man felt his heart race from being next to the tall figure. The more he saw Gear, the more helpless Night became.

"Nong Night, what would you like to eat?" Gear still held Night's hand. He didn't let him go when they went to buy drinks and snacks.

"It doesn't matter. Night can eat anything," the young man said again. Gear then ordered two Pepsi drinks and two large boxes of popcorn. They walked towards Gus, who had been waiting for them. Gus looked at his brother, feeling guilty.

"You were telling the truth about not being able to carry all of this yourself," Gus told his brother.

"You talk too much. Why are you looking at me like that? What movie did you choose?" Gear asked his little brother.

"Battleship," Gus replied. Gear nodded.

"You've arrived just in time. The movie will start in 10 minutes. Let's go inside," Gus said.

"Wait. Give me the tickets," Gear snatched the tickets from his brother's hand to look at them.

"Hold on. Give me these first," Gus yelled before taking the snacks and drinks out of his brother's hands to hold them. They walked inside together. Gus led Night and Gear inside.
