Delilah's Pov:
It was the 2nd party I was attending in a week. Deb Carter was one of the richest person in our class & when he's inviting you to his party you GO! But the real reason I'm here is because he was my best friend. No matter what happend it was an unsaid work for us to be present at each other's party or function.
He's been my friend since 4th grade. We were pretty close when we were kids, but as we grew our friends group changed and we became a bit distant.
We are still friends, but we don't hangout. But him inviting me to his party is must and vice versa.
It's been 2 hours since I'm here. I was sitting on the couch that was beside the small bookshelf. I had people around me doing things like dancing, singing, eating, drinking, talking & what not with others where as I was here sitting alone by myself doing literally nothing.
This house was so close to me. I've so many memories of this place with Deb and The Carter family. When we were little we would literally do anything. Anything. Anything that strikes our mind, would be fun for us to do.
I miss coming here. I miss Deb. I miss Mr. & Mrs. Carter. They were like my friends. Always involving me, always taking care of me, always looking after me, etc. I miss it all.
Flashing out of the old memories I pulled out my phone from my olive green cargo pant & saw if there's any notification left to answer. There wasn't. So, I went to the counter.
There were so many options, I poured myself a Peach Iced Tea. While doing so I heard someone calling out my name so I turned.
"Yeah Sarah, I'm coming" I regarded & realized that I poured the iced tea over a camera.
'Shit' I muttered. Quickly grabbing a paper napkin I wiped off all of it. To make sure it's still okay I hit the ON button.
'damn it was his camera' I realised.
It was a relief that it opened.
Accelerating towards the washroom I knocked the door hurriedly.
"Just a minute" the voice came from the other end.
Within a minute he was in front of me, my school crush.
