Chapter 10 Showdown

The next day Fang Yi made an appointment with Li Xueying to have dinner and Li Xueying also wanted to have a showdown with Fang Yi tonight. Tonight Li Xueying looked very beautiful, wearing a deep purple silk dress that fitted her body, she attracted a lot of attention as she walked in from the entrance of the restaurant. Fang Yi pulled out the chair for Li Xueying to sat down in a gentlemanly way, everyone else envied this golden couple.

During dinner, Fang Yi explained the busyness of this month while cutting the steak in front of her. Li Xueying didn't have much appetite and drank a little more wine, as if borrowing wine to relieve her sorrow, Li Xueying looked at the red wine in the glass and responded lightly. Fang Yi realized that the other party wasn't in high spirits and thought that maybe she lost her temper because she was too busy to accompany her this month but tonight as soon as she's free she accompanied her, she felt impatient and lost her temper and kept silent. 

Until Li Xueying lowered her wine glass and took a photo in her small bag and put it in front of Fang Yi, Fang Yi's expression froze but after so many years of social training, she quickly returned to a normal look, The changes in expression was seen under Li Xueying eyes.

Fang Yi felt Li Xueying's questioning attitude and felt angry: "Are you checking me?"

Li Xueying was disappointed when she saw Fang Yi's attitude that she didn't think she's wrong. She leaned back with her hands cross on her chest and looked straight at Fang Yi: "As a competitors I need to understand the situation, the photo is just a coincidence, not that I don't believe you and check you. For the sake of fairness, I want to hear your explanation now, so please tell me." President Li Xueying's indifference aura is on full display.

Fang Yi is unwilling to be questioned by an Omega, in order to protect Alpha's face: "How disappointed I am that you doubt me just because of a photo?"

Li Xueying sneered at her superior attitude: "What's the eyes and movements in the photo? Can I make an excuse for you? No, Fang Yi, I'm no longer the Li Xueying i used to be who will forgive you and accommodate you no matter what you do!"

Fang Yi didn't speak and the atmosphere is very stiff. Until two woman approached, Fang Yi and Li Xueying looked at the approaching people at the same time, it was Wen Guyan and Jin Chaoyang's Vice President Zhuo Si. Fang Yi stood up first and straightened her suit. Wen Guyan hated Fang Yi's false behavior in her heart but she still greeted Fang Yi with a smile but the smile is very fake.

Fang Yi showed a smile that she thought was charming: "Hello, General Manager Wen." Then she looked at the Alpha next to her. Any Alpha who is so close to Wen Guyan needs to be vigilant, as if they would snatch her own treasure, she asked lightly and distainfully: "Who is this?" 

Li Xueying laughed when she saw Fang Yi eating the bowl like this and seeing the scum outside the bowl behaving extremely disgustingly.

Wen Guyan smirked and introduced: "This is the vice president of Jin Chaoyang Group - Zhuo Si, President Zhuo."

Fang Yi was surprised, she is the right and left hand of the president of Jin Chaoyang Group. She immediately forgot her distain for her just now and respectfully handed her right hand to Zhou Si, indicating a handshake. 

Zhuo Si looked at Fang Yi, chuckled at how hypocritical this Alpha is and then looked at Li Xueying who is also standing next to her, this person is totally unworthy of Li Xueying. Zhuo Si did not intend to shake hands with Fang Yi but just said "Hello." 

She walked up to Li Xueying with a wooden face and held out her hand: "President Li, hello, I look forward to the meeting next week." Zhuo Si remembered that Xiaoxin told her to take good care of Li Xueying before, After so many years of being a good friend and boss she must support her both at work and in private.
