Tristen didn't show up to any of his classes and he wasn't there lunch time, so I decided to go to his house.

After about 7 minutes I was there. The front was opened was I myself in, and went up to his room to find him laying on his bed, staring up at the ceiling.

"Hi, what happened to you today?" but he didn't answer. "I know, I deserve silence from you, but I'm sorry your not an ego-centric jerk nor an asshole, you were just trying to help," I looked down, "and I wasn't smart enough to realize that."

He stared at me for a few seconds, then sat up and said, "You really think I'm mad about that?"

"I'm not dating Shane eithe, Tris," stepping closer to the bed," why would you think-"

"Then why were you kissing him like that?" his tone even more serious than before.

"Didn't you see when I slapped-?" but he cut me off.

"Just get out, Mia," he said standing up and pushing me towards the door.

"Just hear me out," I pleaded.

"No!" my body stiffened, and he realized I was frightened so in a calmer tone he said," please leave."

So without saying another word I left. Tears flowing down my face like a river. I think that concludes the end of our friendship. I already missed him, the way he smiles at me whenever I do something really dumb, the way he hugs me when I'm scared, the way he tries to comb my hair and how he'd try to comfort me whenever I missed my dad. He seemed to know everything about me and always gets me, and always knows what to say.

Maybe I thought of him more than just a bestfriend.

Maybe I liked him.

No,no, no. Mia you can't. He's your bestfriend.

By the time I got home, I had finished crying. Mom left a note on the frigde saying she'd gone to pick up Gabby from school and that dinner was in the microwave. I just went upstairs, Changed my clothes, got dinner and watched some netflix.

The week swept by so quickly, and Tristenand I haven't spoken since Tuseday and you know what that means.

I wouldn't have a ride to emily's party, so I asked Mom to drop me there.

"Have fun," she said as I stepped out of the car. "and remember don't do anything you'll regret,"

"Mom," I said rolling my eyes.

At the front door I was greeted by Emily. "Nice outfit!"

YEah , I wore the same outfit Tris and I picked out at the boutique.

"thanks," I said stepping inside. The place was already a mess, with some people on the furniture, some dancing, some drinking from red party cups, and some in dark corners making out, the typical high school party scene.

I made my way to the kitchen and got something to drink, and met up with a girl from my chemistry class. Every one in a while, I'd look over my shoulder to look if i saw Tristen.

Its been 5 minutes of talking to this girl, and I got bored, so I excused myself and went wondering in the house.

Looking at my phone, its now 8:57pm, and I still haven't seen Tristen. so I decided to get a few shots of Scotch from the kitchen. A couple wouldn't hurt, or so I thought.

Sorry for the late update. I've really busy.
