As the sun rises in the city, the museum appears as a small man in uniform, searching for the bus and smiling as he pulls out what looks to be a pocket watch to check the time. "Last tour of the day," he sighs, returning it and taking out his tour guide sign.
"I wonder why nobody wants so-" he was cut off by the sound of a bus screeching as it came to a stop next to the guide men who shielded himself with a sign he was holding, he then glanced out meeting a purple-haired boy, Luka Ramirez. holding a straw to his mouth as he blew a tiny wet crumbled tissue, targeted to his forehead.
"bullseye!" The other students chuckled at Luka Ramirez's comment as he pointed at him. The tour guide man yanked it out of his forehead in disgust. he tried to get rid of it because it was trapped in his fingers As the students exited the school bus when the doors opened. A tiny blonde girl named Sasha waved at him while holding her plushie, "Hi super old guy!"
"A museum once again?" Sanjay, a brunette boy, is not pleased to be again in a museum. The tour guide men shivered in dread, still holding his placard that said, "Ugh I hate stuff," while Luka stood with the other youngsters. "Oh boy," the tour guide man murmured, still terrified, till he heard a voice say, "It's okay, Thomas, I'll take them." The person smiled as she headed downstairs with a feminine uniform and orange hair.
"Are you sure? I think these are detention kids," he muttered to her, using the sign he was holding to his face to make the kids not hear what he was saying, which resulted in him being struck with a crumbled wet paper in the side of his face, grunting as he heard the youngsters giggle again. "Don't you worry, I can handle it, You go take your break," she said as she placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Thanks," he said as he moved away swiftly to avoid being hit with a crumpled paper, but this time it was a lady named Beth by a different child named Sanjay who tried to strike her, but she quickly dodged them with her own sign without body movement. "Follow me, kids," she said as she started walking away to the stairs, "huh?" the youngsters asked in unison.
The kids followed her up the stairs to the entrance, or so they thought. Sanjay spoke up as Beth stepped to the right side and the youngsters halted in astonishment as they glanced at her. "Yo, lady, that museum doors that way," he said, motioning to the door. "Yes it is, but you aren't like the other kids. Oh no no no. You need to see something special." She gazed at them as she came to a halt.
Sasha giggled as she approached like the other youngsters, she said, "Right through that door," pointing to the brick wall with her placard. "huh?" -"You're seeing things, lady," a Japanese-American girl named Jane stated as she looked at Beth, and Beth grinned, "Am I or are you not seeing things?" She took a step back, then to her left, displaying half of her face behind the wall entrance "Woah" from the youngsters, "come on" Beth urged as she entered inside with the kids following behind her.
They all walked down the dark corridor, but Beth held a flashlight. "Today is November 2nd. "Is anyone know why that date is important?" Sasha said, "Taco Tuesday!" as she bounced walking, and Beth smiled, "Hehe no." "Gorge yourself on Halloween candy day?" Jane inquired. Joao's jaw fell, allowing his sweets to fall to the ground as he glanced at Beth, who said, "Nope, today is the day of the dead." "Wait," Luka said. Is it like National Zombie Day or something?" he asks, imitating a zombie walk as the youngsters giggle at his performance.
