Chapter 2

It was late now and Mr Daryl had gotten back from his hunting trip and found out that the cop, Rick grimes left mr Merle handcuffed to a roof, so we had to listen to all his complaints and growling type ass shit all night

The next morning the men, some men I should say where headed of to get mr Merle , Toby asked to go like his dumbass would be any help but are mom said no anyways

Lori was standing there watching me and Marko stand by the quarry with her arms crossed
"What's her problem" marko said holding the net up, we where in the water, up to are waist with a net and a bucket
"I'm not sure" I said looking back at her "but she has a huge problem with toby now after what he did to Rick yesterday" Miya said dropping the bucket at grabbing a frog with her hands
"Yeah, she'd be weird not to" marko said holding the net out for Miya to put the frog in
"Give me that" Miya said taking the net

They caught, 20 frogs, well Miya did and lost the bucket
"When dad finds out he's gonna be pissed we lost his bucket" Miya said as they walked up the hill
"We?! You threw the bucket" he said as we walked past Lori
"Whatever" I said shoving a frog in his face

They got back to the top and Lori was following after them, they didn't know until Shayn yelled her name
"Lori let me tell you sum" he did taking his hat off and holding it with his hands, she walked away from him and he rubbed his head

It was night time and we where sitting around are fire when something came out of the woods growling, a walker not just one a bunch, mom grabbed Jaden in her arms and grabbed Marlo's hand while me and Toby grabbed are bows, Mr Daryl said to hit them in the head

Abunch of walkers came out of the woods in all directions, me and Toby taking some of them out as adults ran around yelling and kids crying it was hard to keep focus

I took out at least three when guns started to go off, Daryl, officer Rick, Glenn and t-dog where back, but my dad wasn't

I wasn't paying attention and a walker grabbed me, I tried to get out of its grip but I fell, beginning it on top of me, Miya used her hand to push on the dead's forehead as it's jaw and teeth tried to get at her, she had to use both hands because it was stronger then her, she turned her head away as it's teeth got closer to her face, she got her foot up and pushed on to its chest giving her enough room to reach for the knife a few feet away from her, stabbing it in the forehead

She pushed the body off her and she saw everyone standing around, scared and some people were dead

Miya got off the ground and walked over to her mom who hugged her

They didn't find me Merle cause he cut his own hand off and left

Turns out I had blood all over my face from the walker, at least that's what Mr dale said as he wiped it off my face for me, he was the only person here that didn't really bother me to bad, he was always nice to me and marko and let us borrow his net

I sat and watched as adult argued about where we should go, they ended up choosing the CDC

They buried all the people that died and Jim was bit so I don't understand why they didn't just let Daryl kill him. On top of all the Madeline and Carl where being extra annoying and I really want to punch them but it's frowned on so I can't and plus there dads here and if he'll leave mr Merle on a roof for being racist only god knows why he would do if I hit his kids

Some guy I don't remember his name decided he want going with us so whatever, my mom and Toby were riding with Mr Daryl in his truck so me and marko had to ride in Mr Dales RV by are selfs, making Lori voice her opinions about it not as quiet as she hoped to Rick
"How can she just let them go on there own like that" Lori scoffed
"Shut up" marko did furrowing his brows at her
"Yeha we all think you've talked enough for today" Miya said looking at her
Lori looked at her and rolled her eyes and walked over to carols car
"Bye olive oyl!" Marko yelled and him and Miya both waved and snickered
