"There has been an overblot detection in the Queendom of Rose" Ortho alerted. The flames of his blue hair flickering above his head as he spun away from his monitor to float to the hunched over Idia.
They were seated in the main control center of the Watchmen of the Underworld H.Q. Scientist bustling about around them as they gathered intel on this latest overblot.
Idia tilted his head over to his left monitor. Ortho shooting over a map of the Queendom of Rose. An angry red dot blinking away on screen for the epicenter of the scene.
"Really? Here I thought this was going to be an easy and laid back break. People couldn't take a break with the OP magic huh?" Idia mumbled beneath his breath as he flicked at his monitor. Statistics rolling onto the screen.
"Why don't you accompany the sentries this time around? It will be good field work for you" Mrs. Shroud insisted. Idia knew what she really meant though. It wasn't a nice suggestion, that was a mothers order. If he tried getting out of this, he would end up grounded. He turned his back to her to pretend to read over the information in front of him, but he was really just grimacing at the thought of all this interaction.
"Yeah, alright. Easy peasy. Lets go Ortho"
"Ready when you are Nii-San!" Ortho agreed with his usual bubbly joy.
"Be safe boys!" His mother called after them. Idia waving a hand behind him in a pathetic goodbye.
They walked through the halls and to the chariot bay. The sentries marching by them as they readied for takeoff. Idia looked around the expansive hanger with disinterest. He had seen it so many times, and no doubt he would see it again a billion times again. The mystique and beauty it once held to his childlike mind now faded from existence. Replaced instead with his adjustment to its normalcy.
"I don't see why we need 'in field' experience. The sentries do all the work anyways. I could be beating the newest level of Hydra tactic right now but instead we're being flown out to the Queendom of Rose" Idia groveled, his eyes trailing after the latest block of sentries that snapped to attention.
"I think it's good! You are going to be watching over the Underworld one day! It's useful to have an understanding of cases, just in case one goes...sour" Ortho turned over to look at Idia. His eyes crinkling from a smile. Idia smiled right back. He could always count on Ortho to think of a positive when the situation is just so negative.
"I suppose so" Idia climbed up into the chariot, Ortho flying up before dropping into his seat with a giggle. They sat there for a moment in awkward silence as the sentries stood at attention in front of them. "....Oh yeah. ENGAGE FLIGHT" He announced out to the sentries. They all in unison engaged their boosters. Idia clicking on the engine to the chariot so that it rumbled to life. Steering it up.
"INITIATE, MISSION DASH 107876" Idia ordered, listing off the mission numbers that represented the Overblot case. At that order the sentries took flight. All of them launching into the sky towards the Queendom of Hearts.

They made it there in a record time. Only spending an hour in the air. Idia and Ortho spent that hour playing games on his tablet.
They landed down in front of this frankly dilapidated barn looking building. Or at least, at one point it was a barn. It was falling apart now. There was a wall of police cars all stationed around the building. Their lights flashing red and blue. Casting ominous shadows across the yard. It was worrying though. All these police cars and not a single officer in sight. Idia bent forward, cupping his hands up as he pressed close to the glass of a car window. Not seeing anyone inside.
