"This is honestly such a beautiful home, Michael." I smile, running my fingers lightly across the table, admiring the grain of the tree.

He has his hands behind his back and nods to me. "Thank you, Gabrielle. It's sure too big for myself." He chuckles and runs a hand through his hair.

"You live here by yourself? You don't have a spouse?"

He puts his hands in his pockets and shrugs. "Did, we got divorced."

I walk over to him and rub his arms. "I'm very sorry, but again you have a beautiful home."

Michael scratches his neck and presses his lips together. "Mm, don't apologize.."

He walks over to the fridge and opens it. "Orange juice?"

Laughing, I sit down on the bar stool and nod. "Yes please."

Michael gives me a warm smile, filling my cup halfway and sliding it to me before filling his cup. "You're not scared of me anymore... Are you?"

I shake my head, finishing the glass. "No, you're a very sweet man, Michael."

He blushes and sits next to me. "Well, thank you. You're very sweet too, you have a beautiful face.."

I cover my mouth in a blush and gasp. "Well thank you! You're pretty handsome as well."

"Thanks." He grins and comes closer to me. "Your lips look good too, just sayin'."

I stand up and slowly start to smile. "Thank you, your lips look fine as well."

He shakes his head and grabs my hand. "Would it be bad to ask if I could kiss you?"

"No, it wouldn't. I would gladly accept." I say, looking at the way he bites his bottom lip. Sexy.

As he comes closer, my phone starts ringing. He groans and steps back.

"Sorry." I frown. "I got to take this."

"Hello?"
Gabrielle, it's Travis. I'm letting you know that I'm going to the club for a few drinks tonight and won't be back home until late. Bye.
"Bye..."

I hang up, sigh and stuff my phone in my back pocket. "He never says I love you anymore..."

Michael takes my hand and slowly slides off the engagement ring. "If you don't mind, I can be the one to say it to you."

I suck in my cheeks as he sits the ring down. "I don't mind at all, as long as you mean it..."

He smiles and places his hands on my waist and moves forward. "Well, I lo-"

"So who's that Lorie Anderson girl? Who called you baby..."

He chuckles and pulls me closer to him. "Ex.. Don't worry about her. She thinks she has my heart still when I gave my heart to someone else..."

I nod, showing him I understand. "Well, the girl who has your heart must be very lucky-"

Michael starts to slowly kiss my neck. "She is very lucky, she's going through some trouble. She has two kids and a bitch fiancé..."

Then I nod again, understanding still. He's talking about me. "You should go and tell her you love her, she might accept it."

Soon, he looks up at me and smiles. "I love you."

Man, this guy sure can get what he wants. But I'm not blaming him, he's a good looking guy. Pshhh, what the hell am I saying?! He's sexy, and I never in my life would've thought that a man like him would love me.
