Chapter 4

So after having a good enough talk with the whole gang , we officially decided that we were going to get the fleece . I know , stupid idea , but we kinda had to , not just for Thalia but for the camp as well .

So here we all sat at the bonfire, giving each other uneasy glances. “ We need a quest, we can get the fleece ” i suddenly blurted and the other two face palmed .

Mr D and tarantula both looked thoughtful . The whole camp started chanting ‘ Quest-Quest ’ and they relented .

“ Ms Clarisse will be going ” announced tarantula and the Ares Cabin cheered and hoisted Classy Girl up . She on the other hand ... Looked uneasy, as if she had heard that pineapple belonged on Pizza .

We shared glances and then i caught her eye.  After the bonfire the four of us waited .

“ What do you want ” she snapped , though her voice was filled with nervousness.

“ A deal , we come with and you take all the credit ” said Annabeth and she looked at us with a  weary and confused look .

“ Why wouldn't you want the credit ” she asked suspiciously. “ Simple , we do not wish for glory, we wish to save Thalia ” i answered .

She looked between me , Annabeth and Remus and then contemplated for a few very tense moments.

“ Fine , come along , we are calling a truce for now , remember. You are still not on good terms with the Ares Cabin or me or my dad for that matter ” she said and we gave a relieved sigh .

“ Well that's good enough for us ” said Annabeth and we went to our respective cabins each .  Tyson was already asleep and i had thought of it and wanted to bring him along .

The next day , Clarisse set out on her ship and we were all at camp . Tyson had agreed to come on and we were to meet her at the coordinates , we had agreed upon.

So I reached the shoreline early and saw a person jogging . “ Hey can I sit ” he said

I nodded and then my eyes widened in recognition , “ You're Hermes !” i exclaimed

He gave me a suprised look and then grinned
“ Nice to see that you recognise me cousin !” he said with a grin

So we had a nice chat and it's official , i like Hermes , he's cool . Anyways he gave me a vial full of vitamins that would save me from any sort of curse or spell .

I rushed back to my cabin as I realised. .... I had forgotten to pack some blue cookies .

“ Really Percy ” said Remus and she gave him a grin . The boy rolled his eyes fondly .

Outside i saw Annabeth and Remus bickering like they would always do. 

You see , they bickered on things like ... What is valency of Uranium or other random stuff . Like - Black Holes can technically be used as a power supply .

“ No it's 3.141592653592 ” argued Remus

“ It's definately 3.141592653591, the pattern could change !” retorted Annabeth

What the actual hell were they arguing about .

“ Exactly ” said James and Sirius

“ Percy ! Just answer this , in π , will it be 3.141592653591 or 3.141592653592 ” said Annabeth

Why me !!! Curse the fates !!,

“ I'm not a math whiz !” i exclaimed and they groned
