Vol. 1

Chapter 1.

"We keep moving all the time! I can't take it! One day all these moves are going to ruin my whole life!-" Ashley said.

"Oh stop being so dramatic. We're moving. It's not that big of a deal." My mom responded.

"Oh really? Is that so? Maybe I could be killed there? Or worse, kidnapped, sent away to somewhere unknown, forced to get hipped up on drugs, and sold as a sex slave! No one would ever see me again and you would be the one to blame! Is that not a big deal!!!"

"Oh my GOD!!!!!!!" My mother mound putting her hand over her face, "You will not be taken, you will not be forces to get hipped up on drugs, you will not be sold as a sex slave, but I will see you again and the next time I do, it better be in the moving van!" She was starting to get aggravated now. This happens all the time between them. They don't exactly have that "mother daughter" relationship. My mom gives her the 'You better shut up and do what I say or you will not see your phone for a month' look. Then Ashley groaned and throws her arms in the air.

"Huuuuuuuuhhh" Ashley groaned dramatically.

"Why do you always throw your arms in the air? Honesty? Why?! It makes no sense. And you can't throw your arms in the air at all your problem! Nope, that's not how life works!" My mom complained.

"Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh!!" She groaned even louder. Looking straight at her this time.

Then mom asks "You know what?" Like she usually does. Then Ashley starts off again and just explodes with the whole "Mom, you hate me. You wish I wasn't born. You wish I could be just like you because your 'sooo perfect' and can no wrong". Just watch.

"You know what?!" Mom started.

"What?! What do I just 'have' to hear this time! So you can tell me my flaws and tell me I have to act more like you because I'm not good enough for you! Is that it?! Am I just not good enough for you! Was I a mistake?! Am I something that should be thrown away?! So tell me. What more do you have to say about me?! Tell me! I'm 'sooooooo' fascinated to what you have to say!"

I mouth what they say up in my room while packing. Acting out both of them. Ashley as bent back an complaining like a teenage girl who broke a nail and my mom as standing up straight, pointing a finger and look demanding. I switch sides when I act the other out. This happens so much I know ever come-back and ever world they will say. It's getting old, really. Ashley needs to suck it up it she'll never go anywhere in life.

And down stairs, Mom standing up straight with the look of fire in her eyes looking into your soul, and Ashley, being the annoying teenage brat that she is. Always complaining.

"You think am always out to get you. You always think I'm always ready to get rid of you. But that's not the case. I just want you to listen to me and not always argue about it!" Mom was really pissed now. I've never seen her this mad before. "You want me to treat you like an adult but when I try, you act like a five year old. It's not that I don't love you. I just don't understand you. I don't see how you see."

"I'll show you how I see. I see that you keep making us move just because I just start having a life again! You just don't want me to have a life, do you?!" She is just begging now to be grounded for life.

"Ashley Margret Wilson!!!!! You better clean up your act and grow up! Get your head out of the gutters! We're not moving because I hate you, or because I want to ruin your life! It's because if you want a roof over your head, clothes on your back, and food on the table, you better grab your bags an get in the car now!!!! I'm not gunna keep hearing your crap any longer! You have a life here and you'll have a life there! We've been through this a hundred times and moved a hundred times! I would think someone would be used to moving by now! Now just get in the car!!!!" She sent mom over the edge this time.
