I'm Y/N. Today is my first day at Mission Creek High and I'm going with a neko form since the ears are smaller. I decided to wear my usual outfit today. So once I got dressed, I pulled my beanie over my ears and grabbed my bag before heading out towards school. As soon as I walk through the doors, I receive many looks from people, but I don't notice them.
As I look towards the middle of the room I see an awkward guy waving at some girls like he's never seen one before and a girl who hugs the lunch lady? It was very confusing and the boy who pulled her off of the lunch lady seemed like the only one with common sense.
He seemed to be struggling with them so I walked over to him and tapped on his shoulder. He jumped with a shriek and turned towards me. When he did, his face turned slightly red, but I didn't really notice.
"What's up with them?" I said gesturing towards his weird friends.
"Uhhhh. . . they don't get out a lot," he says sighing. I just nod my head slowly.
"Oh, I'm Y/n by the way," I say to him.
"Leo dooley," I smile at him and he returns it. Right after we introduce ourselves, an upperclassmen walks over and wedgies Leo, before winking at me and walking away.
"Good to see you too Steve," he says with pain in his voice.
"Are you okay?" I ask in concern.
"I'm fine," just then the bell rings and everyone starts to leave.
"See you later, Leo," I wave bye to him and head to my first class, science. When I walk in I get a bunch of looks, some made me uncomfortable. Afterwards, I sat down and did my class. This is how the rest of the day went. At the last bell of the day I left school and headed home. 'I wonder where Leo went?'
