Valerie's POV (for a while.)
the rest of the night was me laying down listening to crybaby music and practically crying like a baby curled up in a ball screaming repeatedly into the pillow and sleeping. I woke up with a huge headache so I went downstairs to get me some advils, I gulped the two pills away with some water. I was sitting at the counter thinking. Until my mom walked in.
"Omg sweety are you okay? Look at you!"
she came rushing over to me to look at my face up and around. "I'm fine mom why what happened?" she feigned to be hurt, she grabbed my hand and brought me to the mirror by our door.
And there I was.. Bag under my eyes, mascara dried up. Hair was a complete mess and my breath probably stank. "Go take a shower I have to talk to you." She pushed me upstairs. Geez mom coulda told me I had bad breath... I turned the shower on to a high cool, took my dirty clothes off and jumped inside. I scrubbed my face and body to the best of ability I can. 20 minutes later I got out wrapped a towel around my body and brushed my teeth cause my mom lol.. I picked out some comfortable clothes and went downstairs in the kitchen to see my mom cooking dinner
"Sit down sweetheart the food is almost done." I looked at her with kindness wondering what is going on in that mind of hers. I sat down and I felt uncomfortable I don't know why I just was. I was caught up in my thoughts I didn't even see the plate in front of me. "It's your favorite!" She shouted with joy. Okay now something's up. "Yum thanks mom so what's up?" I said sarcastically. "Nothing Hun why?" Mhm lies mom. "Oh you know because you cooked my favorite your hitting me with kindness and wait you also said you needed to tell me something?" she looked confused for a second and it was all covered up. "Oh I just want you to be happy! and um I Uh" she started to stutter on her words. "Would you just say it already?" I said a little annoyed that she was scared to tell me something.
"Eat your food it's getting cold!" She pointed to the plate of slowly being cold food in front of me. "Not until you tell me ." I said putting my fork down. "You see hunny I booked you a ticket back home.." She said putting down the glove mittens
Okay I just lost my appetite. "You what?!" I shouted. "Sweety you have a lot of drama with these boys it's the best, I need to know my daughter will be okay and not in the hospital all the time!" She said with a hint of sadness in her voice. "But mom you didn't even ask me!" I told her. "You know what I'll just go pack." I got up and walked to the room getting the suitcase underneath my bed. I started getting outfits and clothes packing it into the suitcase. After I ask her a couple things. I walked downstairs to see my mom rubbing her temples I went behind her and hugged her big. "Mom I'm so sorry I caused you trouble. Can I ask you something's.?" She looked up at me. "It's okay hunny but I'm going to miss you, and ask away." How do I even ask?
"Is Jc out yet?" I asked worried that she might catch on to what I'm doing. "Yeah they gave him medication Hun why?" Oh good to know. "Oh nothing just wondering oh and when is this flight?" I asked her. "I was going to tell you yesterday but I figured you were stressed out but I'll wake you up at 7." 7 in the morning wow.. "Okay mom love you" I pecked her cheek and ran to bed. So going to regret this but I need a new slate.

Woke up with my mom shaking me telling me we need to go. I got short hours of sleep. I got up out my hair into a ponytail and got my suitcase. My mom shortly was out the door with keys in her hand. We both got in the car and she let me sleep til we got to the airport.
She woke me up and helped me get my bags onto the plane. Before I grabbed her and gave her a kiss goodbye. "Call me when you get home please." She told me kissing me again. "I will I love you mom." I yelled waving goodbye. I went through to go sit in my spot next to the window. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and tweeted on Twitter.
@valeriemendez going home! thanks mom ✈️ I shut my phone off and stared out of the window I heard the engine going on and the inner com go off "we are now setting to go off please take your seats." The lady said. Everyone was still rushing around so we were waiting for them. My phone blinked off a notification from Jc..
@valeriemendez @jccaylen what?! Your leaving? 😔 which was 25 minutes ago. Meaning my phone is acting stupid because of the plane. No one was seated yet and I was getting bothered.
"YOU HAVE TO LET ME IN!" I heard a familiar voice which brought me to a beautiful face. I got up out of my seat and rushed over to him. "What are you doing here Jc??" I asked him. "I came here to see you and be with you Valerie." those words left shock all over my face... "Please let him come I'll pay for the ticket!" I told the lady. She looked around and whispered to us. "okay but don't tell anyone." "Okay got it." I grabbed jc's hand and sat him next to me. I laid on his shoulder. I felt my eyes close slowly. I felt his lips tickle my forehead and heard him whisper. " I'll be here when you wake up."
