Chapter 13: Discovery Part 1

The chains were freezing and extremely tight as they held up Takemichi's hands; his feet was cuffed as well. He was only wearing pant suit with no shirt, showing every scar he received over the years.

Dried blood and bruises was on his face, hands, and abdomen after being brutally tortured for the past week. His hair was a complete mess as his fluffy black hair draped over his face. His eyes were closed due to one of them being swollen, and exhaustion consumed his head.

The room was dark and the cold weather of winter dropped the degrees of the basement, making it unbearable for people to withstand. Takemichi's body was shaking due to the temperature; he experienced stuff like this in his past as an agent, and it's still difficult to get used to.

How did it even get this way for Takemichi?

Suddenly, the door to the room was opened, and footsteps sounding like very expensive shoes walked into the room. Then a bright light was shined on Takemichi; he looked completely haggard.

Takemichi slightly woke up; hearing his captors voice that was stuck in his head for years. His laugh was condescending.

" Can't believe you survived being tortured for the past week, guess that is just the hero you are."

Everyone was dressing up as they were gonna go to a private luxury bar to celebrate New Year's Eve. It's been a couple of weeks since the mission of saving those girls from the exchange and blowing up the port. Madame Carlisle gave the girls two options on how they could spend their lives; they could receive money and start over with their life, or they would join a program that providence made where rescued girls can become agents and help others in similar situations.

A lot of the girls chose to start over with their lives because being kidnapped and forced into brothels was enough for them, but others decided to join, including Autumn whose arm is still healing. The girls who declined the offer to become agents got their memory wiped, so providence no longer exists in their brains. Providence has to stay secret from the world.

Takemichi was getting ready in his firmly organized waking closet. He learned to be more clean and kept thanks to providence or more specifically his team; now he is a neat freak. Takemichi is wearing an all black tuxedo with the buttons unbuttoned halfway of course 😏, his hair was slicked back as usual with his regular brown contact lenses. He went to his mist collection and put on some Dior cologne.

Then he left his closet and went to his bedroom and got his mask from his bed. Then he headed down stairs to see the rest of his team ready at the door.

Lila was wearing a dark turquoise one sleeve cocktail dress that captured all of her curves with angelic silver heels. Her hair was in a top bun.

Minyan was wearing a long sleeve deep v neck dress with slits on both sides over legs. Her hair was straightened down to her back with black heels to go with his powerful look.

Adeen was wearing all white body-con dress with fringe on the side seams, she had regular box braids with curl strands.

Daniel was wearing a navy tuxedo with black tie and black shoes. His hair was nice and curly.

Finally, Ezra was wearing a nude and white tuxedo with his hair slicked back.

" Are you finally ready your highness." Daniel teased.
