Chapter 28: Disregard

" He said all of that?" Mikey questioned in disbelief. His heart heavied as hearing the news that Takemichi forgave Bonten of their mistakes, except for him. Too much trauma was stuck with Takemichi and the fact that Mikey is the main reason why he still can't fully heal.

" Yes he did Mikey. That's why you will not set foot on headquarters until all of the mischief from the agents dial down and Takemichi is ready to see you." Draken clarified.

" We know that it is difficult to hear Mikey, and you probably feel like sh*t right now, but it's the only way for everything to get better. Please don't let this eat you up." Mitsuya said while resting his hand on Mikey's shoulder.

Mikey eyes were glued to the ground, that same feeling that was encouraged not to happened already consumed him from the start of the truth. He clenched his fists in frustration. " I have to see him." Mikey mumbled.

" Wait what?" Baji was confused on what he heard.

" I have to fix everything. I have to see him now!" Mikey declared with determination. " Are you really just gonna ignore what we just f*cking explained?!" Draken snarled.

" You really expect me to stay here and wait it out?! I have to fix my mistakes so that he could forgive me too." Mikey stated. Everyone was getting p*ssed off and veins popped from their foreheads on Mikey's statement.

" You have to be the most selfish piece of sh*t we have ever known." Mitsuya murmured in disbelief. " WHAT THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH YOU MIKEY?!" Baji shouted with anger.

" Takemichi is going through a tremendous amount of emotional pain that difficult for him to get over, and all you can think about is him being able to forgive you?! Just shrugging off his feelings and trauma with no problems just to make you feel better?!" Draken questioned with anger.

" We'll I have to do something, but you really just want me to do absolutely nothing?" Mikey defended.

" YES!" Everyone shouted in unison.

" Stay the f*ck away from him Mikey, or your not only gonna have a problem with Providence, but with us as well. We all agreed for you to sit the f*ck down and stay out of the F*CKING WAY!" Draken yelled.

Draken and everyone else headed towards the door as they grab their coats to head to another house to relax and chill, not wanting to see Mikey's face anymore for the day.

" Can't believe you Mikey." Mitsuya said with disappointment as he was the last to leave and closed the door. Mikey felt his cheeks get warm and tears filling his eyes, he put his arms over his head as he walked around in circles with a shaky breath.

" Dammit." Mikey mumbled as he put his gripped his hand on the couch and squeezed the bridge of his noise in frustration.

A month goes by and everyone is experiencing the summer heat of the month of June; decorations, food, and alcohol were being prepared to celebrate Takemichi's birthday in a large rented club. Laughter filled the area as Draken and the others were bonding with Takemichi's team.

" One time, I wanted to play around and put fake roaches on Takemichi's bed while he was sleeping, I got the funnest picture of him, look-" Daniel giggled as he pulled up a picture of a frightened Takemichi with messy hair, no clothes but drawls, tears running down his face and snot bubbles. Everyone cried with laughter.

" Yo, why did you do him like that!" Smiley hollered with laughter.

" That's so mean...send it to me." Baji chuckled, Daniel typing Baji's number to his phone.
