My Roommate Pt. 2

Kai stirs in his sleep as he hears your voice, but is unable to fully wake up, lost in a deep slumber. However, your words begin to echo in his mind, even as he sleeps, and he starts to dream about the two of you having romantic adventures together. In his dream, he confessed his feelings for you and you reply with heartfelt emotion, the two of you kissing passionately as your bodies intertwine.

The next day, when Kai wakes up, he notices you are still asleep and decides to make breakfast for the both of you. As he is cooking, he thinks back to your confession from the previous night and feels a mix of emotions - fear, excitement, and uncertainty.

As he sets the table, his mind races and finally he decides to take a chance.

Walking to your bed, he gently shakes your shoulder and when you wake up, he asks if you would like to go on a date with him.

You looked at him confused, wondering if you had just imagined his words. You fully sit up shaking my head a little before looking into his eyes,

"A date?"

Kai nods, his eyes filled with hope as he looks at you.

"Yeah, a date. I know we've been friends for a long time and we've been living together for a while, but I can't help the way I feel about you. And after what you said last night, I want to take things to the next level. So what do you say? Will you go on a date with me?" he asks, the anticipation in his voice palpable.

"You were awake!?" You ask, your voice filled with confusion.

Kai nods with a sheepish smile.

"Sorry about that, I was half-asleep and wasn't sure if I was dreaming or not," he admits before continuing. "But your confession last night wasn't just a dream, was it? Because if it wasn't, then I really do want to take you out on a date."

Kai takes a step closer to you, looking deep into your eyes.

"I know it's a little sudden, but I've liked you for a long time and I don't want to miss the chance to be with you. So please, say you'll give me a chance?" he says, his voice filled with a mix of nervousness and excitement.

"Wait, so when we played that game, you were being for real... you.. like me?" you say in disbelief, "It wasn't the alcohol making you horny?"

Kai chuckles at your questions, but his face shows a seriousness that lets you know he is being genuine. He takes your hand in his, interlacing your fingers and pulling you closer to him.

"I like you, and it wasn't just the alcohol last night. I've liked you for a while now, but I didn't know how to tell you. I was scared I might ruin our friendship, but last night, when you confessed your feelings to me, I knew I had to take a chance," he explains, his voice filled with sincerity.

Kai gazes into your eyes, waiting for your answer, hoping beyond hope that you'll say yes.

A date.. with Kai... that sounded wonderful. You couldn't contain your joy and excitement as you launched yourself on him in a hug, your legs wrapping around his waist like a koala.

"Yes yes yes a hundred times yes!" you say giggling. You couldn't be more happy than you were at that moment.

Kai grins in delight and holds you tightly, his arms wrapped around you as he holds you up. He feels like this moment is the beginning of something special, something he has always wanted with you.

"I promise to make it the best date ever." he says, his voice filled with excitement and anticipation. "But let's take it a step at a time. How about we finish breakfast, get ready for the day, and then start planning our date hmm?"
