Chapter Six: Moody ☔

Rainbow Dash's Pov 8:38am

"Dashhh! Com 'on your going to be late!" I heard my brothers voice, I felt a gentle shake on my arm... "Ughhh, I don't wanna!" I said and turned away from him, "GET UP!" He said and pulled, "Ugh nooo! I don't WANNA!!!" I yelled, "Dash stop being stubborn!" He said, "UGH FINE I'M UP!" I yelled, "Gosh, take a chill pill." he said and rolled his eyes, "Not in the mood Fire." I pouted, "Ohhh, someone's on their-" he started, "SHUT IT!" I yelled, "GET OUTTA MY ROOM NOW!" I screamed, he left, and I slammed the door shut. Yeah, yeah, I'm on my period big deal. You girls know how that is... ANYWAYS, I took a quick shower, and slipped on some jeans and a black sweater with a small rainbow in the corner. Details, ya know? I brushed my long rainbow hair, goodness gracious! I need a haircut... My hair is literally almost down to my legs! I went downstairs and grabbed a slice of toast, I saw Fire Streak glaring at me for my attitude before, but hey! He wouldn't understand! I rolled my eyes at him and headed outside to my car. Just as I was about to start it I saw Soarin across the street, I don't know why but it made my heart flutter, I smiled and turned the key to start the car. I backed outta my driveway and headed to school.

Once I had arrived, I walked over to me, and the girls usual meeting spot. Everyone was already there, "HI DASHIE!" Pinkie waved, I smiled and waved back as I walked over to them. "Good morning darling." Rarity said while filing her nails, ugh... "Morning." I sighed, "So, how was Soarin's birthday?" Applejack asked, "It was fine, he danced with me." I said remembering that night. "Aww, that's nice Rainbow..." Fluttershy smiled, "What did you do on Saturday?" Twilight asked bored, bro do they want to know my whole life story?! "Well, I uh, I was hanging out with Soarin..." I said, I blushed, and remembered how he teases me the other day... "He kinda teased me..." I blushed, *Le Gasp* "WHATTT?!" Pinkie screamed, I shushed her and everyone else, "You guys, will not say anything? Got it?!" I said, they all nodded, but Pinkie... "Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" She said cheerfully, we all laughed at Pinkie's silliness... I saw Soarin walking over to me, "Dash, when you two are done flirting, text Rarity, we'll be somewhere..." Twilight smiled, they all walked away to somewhere... And Soarin put his arm around me, "Hey beautiful, miss me?" He smirked, I felt annoyed, but I don't know what came over me... "Shut it Soarin, before I slap your face." I giggled and leaned my head on him. I felt loved and safe when I was with Soarin... "Ohhh, someone's being flirty today." He chuckled, "You having, that time of the month or something?" He asked, "Uhhh, how'd you know?" I said a little confused, "You're really moody when that happens." He smiled, huh... I guess that's true... "Like one minute your mad at me the next, you're all over me." He chuckled, I turned crimson red, hearing that... Eh, whatever... I'm just a moody person, okay?

Time Skip 12:12pm

I was happily eating my lunch, till I saw Scootaloo... She was walking over to Rumble's table? Oh, this is gonna be good... Scoot, has a huge crush on Rumble... I babysit him every Sunday, since Thunderlane has to work that day. He's a pretty good kid, I saw Scoot talking to him, she sat down across from him and started eating her food, I'M NOT SPYING, OKAY?! IT'S CALL LOOKING OUT FOR PEOPLE! I suddenly felt a sharp cramp on my leg, OW! Sheesh... I can't do soccer in this condition... I massaged my leg a little, "You okay Dash?" Soarin asked, taking a bite of his pie of course... "Yup, just great..." I said, "Wanna take a walk?" He said, I nodded, and he took me to the back of the school, we walked around for a while... "Gah! Ouch!" I yelled, and felt pain on my leg, "Oh my gosh Dash! You, okay?!" He said and got down to help me, I sat down on the grass, "Just period cramps." I sighed, he's lucky he doesn't go through this every month... We sat on the grass for a while until it was time for sixth period. Me and Soarin had Gym... Just what I needed...

When we arrived at the Gym, I obviously told the couch I couldn't do gym class today, she agreed and let me sit. I watched everyone run on the track, man... I wish I could do that too... I took out my phone and started to scroll on some stuff, "Hey." I heard a voice say, I felt someone wrap their arm around me, I looked over to see, Soar... "Hi Soarin." I smiled flatly, "Watcha doing?" He said and nosily peeked into my phone, "Uh, aren't you supposed to be doing laps?" I asked, "Eh, I finished them." he shrugged, I rolled my eyes and went back to scrolling, *Soarin suddenly snatches Dash's phone* "AYE, GIMME THAT!" I yelled, "Nuh uh! Not until you follow me on my socials!" He said, "Okay! Jeez, just find your account..." I said, giving up. He did something on my phone with I guess was following him in his, uh... Socials... *Ding* "Ohhh! Looks like I got a new follower!" He smirked and looked at his phone. "Ugh, whatever." I said annoyed, "And by the way, I already followed you. Your beach pictures are my favorites." He smirked, I felt my face turning crimson red. "Pervert..." I mumbled under my breath. "Only for you Sweetheart!" He smiled, I blushed once more and thought about, what goes on in that boy's mind all day... Ugh, I even shudder at the thought of it... He was looking at me... In a bikini... That a certain girl forced me to wear... Which I slayed in anyways. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a camera in my bathroom! "Maybe I do, maybe I don't." He smirked, Jesus... Why do I have to talk out loud?! "Shut it Skies." I rolled my eyes, "You would look so hot in a bikini, right now." He said dreamily, while staring at me. "Yea- I MEAN- WAIT WHAT?!" I blushes furiously, I really need to pay more attention to what comes out of this dude's mouth. "You heard me right Dashie." He smiled, "Now if you and me could head to the beach one day-" he started, *RINGGG* "Oops! That's the bell! Gotta go Soarin!" I smiled and ran off leaving him dumbfounded, that bozo! Making me feel so- UGH! I can't describe it! Special? Loved? Uhm, he makes me feel special alright... Very SPECIAL indeed! Making me blush, like no other guy can... I don't get it!

Time Skip 4:02pm

I crossed the street to the pervert's house. Ughhh, why, why, why, why?! Why, did I have to be assigned to do a project with HIM?! Of all people?!; I'm usually happy to do things with Soarin, but not he's different like I said, and has a little crush on me I'm guessing. Eh, well actually... Nah, he probably likes another girl. Definitely not me. He's just flirtatious, that's all. *Ding dong* Hopefully Soarin won't answer the door, so I don't have to hear his "Hey beautiful." You know, I get this really strange feeling when he compliments me, like I get butterflies in my stomach... And my face starts heating up- "Uh, hi! Can I help you?" A girl answered the door, okay I know I said I hope Soar wouldn't answer the door, but I also didn't want a stranger to answer the door. "Um, I'm here to do a project with, Soarin." I smiled flatly, "Um, yes, of course. Come in." she smiled. Heh, nice girl... She had hair with streaks of different shades of blue, pale blue skin, dark green eyes, and- Wait why does she look familiar? Very familiar... Like SUPER- "Hey princess." Soarin said as he walked over to me, OHOHOHO! So, now you don't say beautiful! "Hi, pervert..." I mumbled the last part, he had quite a nice house, big chandelier, fancy polished floors, "By the way Dash, that's my sister, Krystal Skies." He smiled, OH... That's why she looked familiar! She has the same name as the Starbucks guy! "You have a sister? Since when?" I questioned, "She recently moved here from The Netherlands, she had some modeling business to do there." He said, "Ready to start our project?" I said changing the subject, "Uhm, can we postpone it to... Tomorrow evening?" He said sheepishly, WHAT THE HECK DUDE?! I GOT DRESSED FOR NOTHING?! WHY IN THE WORLD AM I HERE THEN?! "Yeah, as long as we get it done." I said, my eye twitching, that guy knows I have better things to do that come over to his house! I decided to cool down by introducing myself to Krystal... I walked over to her, she was currently making a snack for herself. "Uhm, Hi my name's Rainbow Dash." I smiled, OMG I'm horrible at introductions... "Yeah, I know, Soarin's told me a lot about you. I guess he already told you about me?" She asked, I nodded. "Well then girl, I'm sure we're going to get along just great!" She said while giving me a tight hug, "Yup, great..." I laughed nervously. "You can call me Kris, by the way." She smiled, after she let me go I saw Soarin watching TV on the couch, I decided to join him, and sat down next to him. He smiled at me and passed me a pillow. I smiled back and looked at whatever we were watching.

Time Skip 7:59pm

After the movie ended, I looked to my left and saw Soarin snoring softly on the couch. Awww, he's adorable! I smiled, I couldn't help myself, but stare into his beautiful emerald eyes. He's so perfect, athletic body, perfect face structure, abs, perfect hair, *Sigh* He's perfect... Dash... I swear I think I might be falling for him... Get a grip... Ugh, I'm getting that funny feeling again... Huh, strange... I looked straight at his lips as he slept, DASH! "Sooo, what's going on between you and Soar?" I heard Krystal say, "Uh, nothing..." I blushed, "Com' on, I know you like him." She smirked, "Mmm, no..." I said feeling tired, "I should get going home now. See you later Kris!" I said happily, and headed for my house, across the street.
