Isla laughed as Miles added a bunch of stickers to the photo he took of Uncle Aaron before sending it to him.
"Uncle Aaron! Hey! Were you scared?" Miles asked before smushing his face up against the glass of the window.
Uncle Aaron let them both inside, Isla giving him a hug before plopping down on the couch, watching Miles punch the punching bag as he muttered.
"What's up with school?" Uncle Aaron asked as he washed some dishes.
"Going great! Got tons of friends." Miles lied. Isla understood why he lied, Miles looks up to his uncle and doesn't wanna seem like a fool to him.
"You can't tell me it's all that bad there. Smart girls is where it's at. Take Isla for example. Place must be full of them!" Uncle Aaron chuckled.
"No, there's no one." Miles chuckled.
"Yo, I can't have no nephew of mine on the streets with no game." Uncle Aaron said with a smile.
"Hey, I got game. There's a new girl. Actually, you know, she's kinda into me."
"You mean that girl that you had that two second conversation with in the middle of class that got shushed by the teacher?" Isla asked with a chuckle. "That girl?"
"Okay, look-" Miles tried to say but he cut himself off as he sat next to Isla on the couch.
"What's her name?" Uncle Aaron asked as he pulled a bag of popcorn out of the microwave.
Miles froze, and began to stutter as he buried his face in his sketchbook.
"You know, we layin' down the groundwork right now."
Isla and Uncle Aaron both laughed as Aaron joined the two on the couch.
"You know about the shoulder touch?"
"Nope."
"'Course I do. But, uh, tell me anyway." Miles smiled.
"Tomorrow, find that girl. You walk up to her and be like: ~Hey~." Uncle Aaron said suavely as he put his hand on Miles' shoulder.
Miles snickered and pushed Uncle Aaron's hand off his shoulder.
