"TRY HARDER! STEP IT UP!"

The sun was beating down hard on the humid May day. The group was training in the vibrant woods as they usually do every Sunday. Shane and Cesar were sparring, as Cole was encouraging them.

The two broke away from each other temporarily, before Cesar came rushing back in, launching a flurry of punches. Shane bobbed and weaved his way through them all. Eventually landing a stiff uppercut of his own when the opportunity presented itself. Cesar reeled back and back flipped away, standing firm with his hands up.

"You are still being too aggressive." Shane said as he approached steadily.

Cesar growled as he lurched forward to strike Shane, who jumped out of the way and somersaulted over top of him. Cesar whipped around to face him, but was met with a stiff jab.

"Or not aggressive enough!" Cole yelled towards him.

"Man, screw this." Cesar said underneath his breath as he surged his energy and yelled outwards.

Shane smirked and did the same, his deep blue waves crashing around him.

"I wouldn't do that dude!" Cole said suddenly a bit concerned.

"I don't give a damn I can't do what you do, I'll still show you what I'm worth." Cesar said to Shane while taking a defensive stance.

Shane's smirk faded as he darted forward landing a crushing blow that Cesar blocked with all his might. He spun around him and attempted a side kick to the head, which Cesar also blocked steadily. Cesar's arms stung from just the two blows. Shane set his feet in front of him and attempted to line him up for a seismic punch, but Cesar swiftly slid to his left, not giving Shane time to get set. Shane realized Cesar could use his speed to his advantage so he dropped the idea of his seismic ability for the time being. The two grappled with their palms while their energy auras bounced off of each other. Shane was gaining the upper hand and pushing down onto Cesar. Before Cesar could think of what to do next. Shane dropped his hand lock and shifted his weight down into a dropkick, knocking Cesar back as his feet hit his chest. Shane bounced on his hands to regain his footing and dove forward, tackling Cesar to the ground.

They rolled around on the floor of the woods for some time before Shane gained the upper-hand on top of him. Cesar tried to raise his head, but his face was slammed into the ground by Shane's flat palm, forcing him to stay down. While Cesar was still fighting mightily to get Shane off of him, Cole knew the match was over.

"Alright, alright break it up." He jogged over grabbing Shane's shoulder.

Shane removed his hand from Cesar's face and got off him, wiping off his clothes as he postured back up on his feet. Cesar rubbed his jaw as Shane's hand came down to offer help in getting back up. Cesar smiled and took the hand and sprang up quickly.

"Not bad man. Still room for improvement though." Shane said to him while moving back to where they started.

"Always is." Cesar said in response.

"You want to go for a round Cole?" Shane asked while dumping a full water bottle on himself.

"Nah, I was gonna go check on Rose and Josh." He said while searching for something in a bag.

"Dude is that my gym bag?" Cesar questioned.

"Maybe..." Cole said, pulling something out and hiding it from view.

"DUDE. I know you are not drinking my last Prime!" Cesar said with his hands out towards him.

Cole quickly unscrewed the yellow bottle and began to chug it.
