a villainous temptation

Here we go, something we can go off of.

We haven't had a heist in about 3 weeks ever since that moment with Jealousy and Envy. But last week was the week that Envy kissed me for a good 20 minutes. But we have some good news, Sarah and Nathan figured out a way to concentrate my memory of Jealousy and Envy kissing into a gem, that can make me control when I want to activate "emotional demon mode." or EDM for short, sure that's a type of music but it works. Now we're trying to do that with love so that if anything happens we'll be safe, but the thing is that if we want that gem I have to tell them about how I kissed Envy because I need a memory to activate these strong powers. But I will not be telling them how I kissed Envy.

"Hey! Dai! Get at least a shirt on, Ivory and Ray are coming over!" Sarah yelled at me from down stairs. I got up putting on a normal MCR shirt then sliding down the railing on the stairs.

"Take out or not?" I said passing Sarah while checking my phones notifications.

"We don't know yet, but Ivory and Ray will be staying for dinner, you should make those ribs Nathan and you love!" Sarah suggested cleaning up the living room.

"Hell yeah! Nothing can go wrong with Dai's dads secret barbeque sauce recipe!" Nathan yelled from the stairs running down them. "By the way, we should probably clean up the goo in the backyard from when we were training with the prototype where Dai could swing like spiderman." Nathan said looking out at the massive mess in the backyard through the glass sliding door.

"Don't worry, I'll clean that up. But I mean it's pretty cool that he can swing like spiderman." Sarah explained then using her little powers to magic make the mess disappear, she's much more tidy than me and Nathan.

"When we clean shit up its always really easy when we do it all together. We need to do this more honestly." I said looking around at the sparkling floors and room. 

"Yeah, its very nice. Now what movie should we put on for them?" Nathan asked sitting on the couch. 

"Hmmmm... Probably something like a classic, but we'll deal with that when they're here. Dai start working on the ribs, I know that takes while cause you've got to make the sauce and then actually grill the ribs." She suggested sitting down next to Nathan as he did the 'stretch' hit on move.

"Gotchu, if you guys do watch a classic though it better be god damn Wall-E." I said laughing, soon I got out everything to make the sauce for this top secret famous recipe. Then we heard a knock at the door.

  Sarah opened it to Ivory and Ray, they looked joyous to be here. "Hi!! It's so nice to see you guys thanks for visiting!" Sarah smiled hugging them.

"Of course Sarah! Hi Nathan! Hi Dai!" Ivory said then looking over at Nathan then me. 

"What's up!" Yelled Nathan because his personality is literally just a high school fuck boy. 

"Hey! Nice to see you guys!" I said then continuing to make the sauce.

"I hope ribs are okay, Dai's making his dad's recipe for the barbeque sauce." Said Sarah smiling over at me.

"That's perfect, I fucking love ribs." Ray said sitting down with Ivory. They put on the news for now. The news immediately flashed to a picture of Chaos and them saying the one, the only lie. 'We know his true identity.'

"Jeez, they're really trying to find out who he is. That has to be exhausting." Commented Nathan, looking over at me, smirking a little.

"Yeah, hopefully they can and finally put him in jail for the chaos he causes." Ivory joked, we laughed. It's weird hearing things about you but the people don't even know its you. But then the next headline was immediately 'Are Envy and Jealousy dating, and will they get married.' 

"Oh my god, will these people give heroes and villains a break for once, they've probably got lives under those masks." I said rolling my eyes then getting the ribs out.

"Really though, it's just like celebrities, the media loves getting into all of their business and controversies." Sarah said looking over at me.

"Well I mean, it's what they get for becoming someone who saves the city and someone who destroys it, well not destroys it but takes its money." Ray commented, leaning on his fist.

"I mean thankfully their isn't any enemies to lovers fanfiction about these fuckers, I hope." Nathan commented, I bursted out laughing, same with Ivory. Everyone else looked at us like we were insane.

"See Ivory understands, you all just have poor taste in humor." I said pointing at them.

"Yeah say that to the very obvious dad jokes and puns you make." Sarah said looking at me like I was the most unfunniest man in the world.

"Hey, I'm offended now." I said laughing, bringing the ribs outside to the grill. I set the tub of sauce on the table next to the grill then turning it on putting the ribs on it. 

"Hi, Ray wanted to get to know Sarah and Nathan better so I'm out here now" Ivory said walking to a seat next to the table.

"Hi out here now, I'm Dai." I said, laughing faintly at my own dad joke.

"Sarah wasn't lying when she said dad jokes... My god..." He laughed smiling, then looking at the sunset. "Damn that's pretty." He said. 

"It is, reminds me of just like watching it with someone, or a group of people." I said looking over at Ivory then looking back to the sky. 

"Understandably. I never do this with Ray even though I tell him I really want to have a picnic watching the sunset. I often doubt a lot with Ray but I know he loves me." He explained looking down at the pavement. 

'I'm sorry, that's never fun. Relationships are hard, and always will be." I said looking over at him. 

"You remind me of someone, not gonna say who but you really remind me of him." He said looking at me. Sure Ivory is familiar, but I can't really pin point him to anyone. Soon I got a text from Sarah in the roommate group chat 'I don't feel to good about Ray.' Well yeah that makes sense, he's a bit off.  I was just having a normal conversation with Ivory until, oh yay a new god damn villain that'll eventually go to jail. He was eye beaming the road. "I've got to go... Sorry!" Ivory said running back into the house then straight out the door. I walked in and looked over at Sarah and Nathan.

"Well, this'll be fun." I said running out suiting up as I did, same for Sarah and Nathan. This weird superman dude was just beating up Envy and Jealousy. 

"He has the same everything of Jealousy, it's like a full hologram! Maybe this could be a little test dummy for that EDM thing." Sarah suggested. I was hesitant, until I realized something on Sarah's screen.

"Holy shit it's getting stronger because Jealousy is taking Envy's powers! That's why he's not doing as good as he usually does. Well, here we go again!" I explained then leaping with my strings of goo to a random ledge right in the blind spot of whatever this thing is. I summoned my scythe, which had the gem. I was ready to activate this shit. Until Jealousy full body slammed into this thing merging with it into this weird creature.

"Thank you Envy, you've given me the power I needed to destroy Earth this once. You can keep your mask. But I have the Envy power of admiration and Jealousy now." He explained, he was a figure that looked like a god. I summed it up, he had a version of Envy that was a power to make people extremely jealous of him, meaning he was sent to Earth to get the Envy power of admiration, which made people admire and love you. Which is what the hero Envy had. Now he was complete.

"No!! No... No..." I heard Envy scream, he looked broken. His lover, had destroyed him. "How could you do this Ray!!??" He screamed. Ray... Envy, is Ivory? 

"Hey yeah Sarah here, fight him. Something in your brain is close to activating the love emotion. Do it." Sarah said in my ear piece. It was finally time to put a close to whatever shit this is.
