Cas' POV.

As I open my eyes I see that for some reason I am under water. My eye sight is clouded with greenish river water, looking around I begin to recognize what used to be a perfectly decent black limo.

I continue looking around and it seems as though no one is still in the vehicle. I rip off my seat belt and move across the seat to the door. I reach for the handle and feel my hand get stuck in some kind of rope. I take a closer look and realize that it's hair. I wrap my arms around the waist of the body and in a matter of seconds I'm on the bank of the river.

I lay down the body which is now visibly a young woman, and move her hair to the side. My knees buckle as I fall in to Sarah's lifeless body. Somehow I knew it was her I just didn't want to believe it.

"No. No. No. No. Sarah. You can't be..... You were so young." One tear falls to my feet. I sit there expecting some response but one never comes. I try to process and remember what happened last night. I remember hitting my head but, what happened before that? What made me hit my head? I remember a loud crash and squeaking sounds but, that night was mostly a blur.

The squeaking came from the limo... Which means the crash must've been from the car hit the bridge.... That's why I hit my head. Okay everything makes since from when I was awake but, what happened after that? Why is Sarah dead? Why didn't I save her?

I decide to take Sarah's body with me to the hotel, she deserves a proper burial which is not this river. I cradle Sarah in my arms as I knock on the hotel door and a very disgruntled Dean answers the door. He has bags under his green eyes, his hair is messy and he his wearing baggy pajama pants.

"Dean?", I shake his shoulder to wake him up," Dean? What happened last night?"

Dean looks down at my arms just realizing that I am holding Sarah he closes the hotel door,"Cas you can't bring her in here. _____ is all kinds of hurt. You can't bring Sarah's body in here."

"What do I do Dean?" I say looking down at my arms sadly I look at Dean," I loved her." With that I give in. I fall to my knees finally breaking down. Dean hugs me.

"Hey man, I know this, this is horrible thing but we have to be strong for everyone's sake." Dean says patting me on the back.

"Dean, she's dead." I say as silent tears drop down my face.

"Hey Cas, why don't you go visit Heaven just for a few nights. I'm sure Gabe and Ana will help you out man, and you can take Sarah with you. I don't know what to do with her body right now. I can't burn it because I'm to busy with _____ plus, she won't let me anyway. I trust you with Sarah. She belongs with you anyway."

"Yeah maybe you're right Dean. Gabe will know what to do. What do we tell her mom?"
