What if Angie didn't run away and die??
Terrance wouldn't try to kill her from how blindly raged he was from finally feeding alive from now having killed his mother (he'd basically have an urge to have a killing rampage from all the adrenaline ☠) judging by now Kenny and Angie were really close, he would snap back in reality immediately after his mother's death and realize Angie was still inside and try to defend her from Terrance, Angie would be living in fear with Terrance and only having Kenny protect her who isn't that strong and way smaller than him, Angie would eventually brutally die by Terrance's hands at one point, he'd most likely regret it after he realizes what he just did, so either way it's a sad ending ☠
