Following the storyline from Kirameiger

There was a raging monster, and during the battle, the Kirameiger managed to injure it. To their surprise, it was revealed that the monster they had fought was actually the boss, and his companions arrived just in time to rescue him and escape. The team was furious and wanted to determine their next move against such a formidable opponent. However, Sayo's phone alarm interrupted their discussion, reminding her that she had a scheduled surgery and needed to temporarily step away from her Kirameiger duties.

During Sayo's surgery, the monster's secretary sneaked into the hospital and kidnapped several people, holding them hostage. Once the surgery was completed, Sayo finished up her duties and began her rounds. She heard a noise and followed it, leading her to a room where she discovered the weakened boss sitting on the floor, oozing slime, and the secretary with a group of captives.

The secretary threatened to harm the hostages unless the boss was healed, leaving Sayo with no choice. She quickly devised a machine to facilitate the monster's recovery while attempting to contact the rest of the team. However, her phone and Kira brace were unresponsive. Sayo successfully healed the monster using her machine, but intentionally caused it to malfunction halfway. She pushed the hostages aside, but in doing so, she exposed herself to danger. The boss unleashed a powerful blast, grabbing Sayo and tossing her aside, resulting in a head injury. The boss and secretary managed to escape.

The team tried to reach out to Sayo but couldn't establish contact. Despite their efforts to fight the monster, it grew stronger. Meanwhile, Sayo experienced a vision in which she saw herself resigning and the higher-ups being aware of the situation. She tried to save her job.

When Sayo regained consciousness, she made her way to the location of the monster. It turned out to be a gigantic creature, and she entered the battle using her pink machine, offering her assistance. The monster unleashed another powerful blast, causing Sayo to momentarily lose consciousness. Helico tried to wake her up. During this moment, Sayo had a flashback from her teenage years when she was lost in the woods and came across an injured person. She screamed for help, not knowing what to do. Eventually, I, a doctor, arrived to provide first aid, called for emergency assistance, and asked Sayo a few questions. Sayo expressed concern for the injured person's well-being, and I reassured her, telling her to have faith in my skills and the team's abilities to help him. These are the very words I said to her "Hopeless? Too Late? Are you sure you want to say that? Have some faith in the hope you bring to him. We will help him"

Paramedics arrived, and I performed a minor surgical procedure on the injured person, removing a blood clot and draining excess blood while controlling the bleeding. Once the bleeding was stopped, I bandaged the wound and wrote a diagnosis on it using a marker. The person was then taken away. I did not follow the helicopter but instead offered Sayo some advice, encouraging her to trust her own skills and those of others, and never to consider anything as hopeless or too late until the final breath. With that, I left.

Soon after, Sayo regained consciousness, feeling dizzy but determined. She asked Juuru to lead the monster away from the hospital. As they discovered a signal that could aid the boss's full recovery and provide energy, the team focused on defeating the monster.
