Richie and Eddie had always been close, ever since they first met in the Losers' Club. They had shared everything together, from their fears to their jokes. But there was something more between them, something that they couldn't quite put their finger on.

As they sat in Eddie's bedroom, Richie felt a nervous energy building up inside him. He knew that he wanted to kiss Eddie, but he wasn't sure if Eddie wanted the same thing.

"Eddie, can I ask you something?" Richie asked nervously.

"Sure," Eddie replied, looking up from his comic book.

"Have you ever thought about kissing me?" Richie blurted out.

Eddie's eyes widened in surprise, but then he smiled. "Yeah," he said softly. "I have."

Richie felt his heart racing as he leaned in closer to Eddie. Their faces were inches apart, and he could feel the warmth of Eddie's breath on his lips. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, and then he pressed his lips against Eddie's.

It was a soft and gentle kiss, but it was electrifying. Richie felt like he was floating, like he was finally home. Eddie's lips were so warm and inviting, and he could feel Eddie's hands on his face, pulling him closer.

As they broke the kiss, they looked at each other and smiled. "I've wanted to do that for a long time," Eddie whispered.

"Me too," Richie replied.

Eddie leaned in for another kiss. This time, it was deeper and more passionate, as they explored each other's mouths. Richie felt like he could kiss Eddie forever, and he knew that he would never be able to get enough of him.

As they pulled away from each other, they cuddled up together on Eddie's bed, holding each other close. They knew that their lives were about to change, but they didn't care. All that mattered was that they had each other.
