Talks, Wands and Smoke Bombs

After climbing the side of the building, the six of us walked into a room where Mal was spray painting and explained to her what had happened.

"If you guys never would have brought him here, this never would have happened. And bringing Alexis, Scott and Stiles along too. What were you thinking?!" Mal said raising her voice as Stiles got a fright and fell off the couch.

"He was gonna come with or without us. We just wanted to protect him and those three insisted on coming along with us." Evie tried to explain to her.

"Yeah, and we completely blew it, guys." Carlos commented from beside Scott.

"Okay! Okay." I told them interrupting.

"So, what are we gonna do?" Jay asked the room.

""We" are not doing anything. This is between Uma and me. And she's a punk. And guess what? Now I have to go get him." Mal said picking up her jacket at the same time.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Mal." Stiles said stopping her.

"You're still gonna have to go through Harry Hook and his wharf rats." Carlos said with his hands in front of her.

"Yeah, you're gonna need us." Jay then told her.

"Uma said to come alone." She said looking at Jay.

"Mal, come on." Evie tried again.

"She said to come alone." Scott told Evie.

"I know one thing. I'm not going anywhere." I then told her taking a seat on the arm of the couch that was in the middle of the room.

After a while of sitting waiting for Mal I went and took a seat on the balcony when Stiles followed me out.

"Hey." He said sitting down next to me.

"Hi." I replied not taking my gaze away from the view from where we were.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked me.

"Nothing. Absolutely nothing." I told him continuing to look at the view of the Isle.

"No, I know you. What are you thinking about? And don't even try to lie..." He asked me again making me look back at him.

"I feel like I can't apologise for the way I blew on him and I don't know how. I realise he is trying to adjust to not being evil anymore, but..." I trailed off not being able to find the words to complete my sentence.

"You think he doesn't know how you feel with graduating, all the event planning  and all the stuff that you're doing for Ben that he really should be doing instead." Stiles guessed getting it spot on first time.

"Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly how I feel." I admitted to him sighing.

"Well, if he doesn't understand how much pressure you are also under then he isn't worth your time or tears." Stiles told me smiling at the end.
