The inherent bond between us, forged from the moment of her birth, imbued us with a unique connection, enabling us to intuitively sense each other's heartbeats. I possess an unshakable belief that Kelly is still alive somewhere. - Skylar

Narrating as [Skylar]

My name is Skylar Pierce. I joined the scout division at the tender age of 17. My sister and I endured years in the bunker. Our parents disappeared under mysterious circumstances. They embarked on an expedition to the surface one day and never came back. No one has heard from them since, and we've lost all hope of their survival. My mother had been a scouting agent, while my father was the most promising scientist in Elysium. It feels as though my sister and I are carrying on their legacy. I took care of Kelly when she was just a child. Due to our parents' significant contributions to the colony, the former president took responsibility for us, covering all our needs. We had a wonderful childhood until we became self-reliant and began making our own contributions.

My sister's aspiration was to witness the world beyond the confines of Elysium. If she doesn't make it back alive, I'm content that she's finally crossed those walls.

After exiting the bunker without drawing the attention of the security personnel, we stood ready to embark on our mission to rescue my sister. After walking a few meters from the colony, we came to an abrupt halt, startled by a sound. I had the distinct feeling that someone was trailing us. I quickly switched on my flashlight, illuminating the area, only to find Hazel standing there, her presence both reassuring and mysterious in the dimly lit surroundings.

"Hazel, what are you doing?" I inquire, taken aback by her presence beyond the gates, with a backpack and a determined expression on her face.

"In case you get a splinter in your finger and need a medic," she responds sarcastically before adopting a serious demeanor. "Do you truly think I'd let you go alone? Kelly is my friend. We're in this together, Skylar."

"You don't have an authorized pass to venture beyond the gates. This could backfire on you."

"Neither do your team," she retorts, adjusting her backpack.

"Alright then. Alpha 2.0 is going to put an end to Noah once and for all. Mark my words," Chris says with enthusiasm.

"That's the spirit," Jessica remarks on Chris's statement.

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves here," I interject.

Our team comprises myself, Hazel, Chris, Jessica, Derek, and Fin.

"Abigail will be furious that you recruited five people without her approval," Chris mentions.

"Well, Abigail can deal with it. We don't take orders from anyone," Derek says with a smirk.

Chris detects something on the radar while a distant sound reaches my ears, a familiar one. I signal for them to turn off their flashlights. "It's a drone. Turn them off."
