The portal opened up in the sky making the kids fall but they luckily land in the Forever tree where in that area was most of the residents of Neverland hiding in from the villains (Fathom, Shiverjack, Undergear, King Gonzo, & Grim) who all teamed up & took over Neverland making it into a war place which definitely shocked Jake. When they got out of the tree, Jake reunited with his friends who are all happy to see him again, which he was glad to see. After explaining why he was sucked in by a portal (which he found out that made the others think that he probably died) and why the other kids are here, it surprised most people but not everyone since a lot of adventures seem to happen whenever Jake's around or it comes to him.
Everyone soon realized that Tick Tock croc was still out there along with Captain Flynn's camel named Camille were still out there but probably together so Jake suggests that him plus some of the others can go out there to go get them but Hook refused him to leave. This confused Jake but he told Hook that after what he went through he knows how to handle certain things but Hook told him that he doesn't want Jake's crew to lose Jake again but he doesn't want to lose Jake. The two soon got into an argument (if yk the Hamilton scene where George kept calling Alexander son as the two were arguing then you would know how this scene goes) but it was bad to the point where Jake brought up that he has two hands but also how he's responsible enough to handle anyone in this type of situation. Peter wanted to step in but he didn't when Ryder stopped him however it escalated to where Jake yelled "CALLED ME SON ONE MORE TIME YOU PERSON WHO KNEW I WASN'T FROM HERE." thus causing silence among everyone.
Jake then headed out with Flynn, Ryder, Santiago, and Skully to go find the crocodile & Camille. The walk was awkward but Flynn then talked to Jake about what's going on & why he said that to Hook of all pirates. Jake told Flynn what he found out in Ryder's world & that he wasn't from London or Neverland at all but he has no idea where his parents are or who they are but he knows that he shares a mom with Ryder but if the right necklace (which is red while the left is light blue just like the necklaces from the old story of the two brothers) choses Jake & gives him his powers then that can confirm that the two are actually half twin brothers but need a DNA test to actually confirm what parent the two share but it's most likely the mom. Flynn felt bad for Jake so he pulled the kid into a hug yet the group soon made it to the beach where they saw Tick Tock Croc & Camille watching a white end of some sort of canine digging in the sand. This confused Skully & Flynn but the kids realized that someone followed them so Ryder whistled making all three animals look at Ryder but Buddy ran to Ryder & was so happy to see him making Camille & Tick Tock relieved so the went over to Ryder to greet him but Skully was shocked to see Ryder getting along with the crocodile immediately. Just then the ground started to shake a bit so the group looked at the water to see the Strake popping out so Flynn got in front of Jake to protect him but Jake then got in front of Flynn, Santiago summoned water to keep the Strake cool if they got out of the water, and Ryder just stood there.
Jake noticed that the Strake's eyes were different, they weren't green but they were magenta meaning the last time Jake fought the Strake, it was only in the control of Fathom but when Jake broke the crystal it probably broke the spell over the Strake making it wake up way too early. Jake then held up his hand but closed his eyes, however the Strake licked Jake as if to say sorry to him for all the trouble it caused. So Jake being Jake, he hugged one of the heads of the Strake making it wags its tail. The Strake helped the group find the necklace that they need for Jake to finally get his powers which they soon did in a hot area on Neverland. Once the necklace got on Jake, they all headed back to the others via water way but the others from Neverland didn't trust Strake so Beatrice was about to attack the Strake with her sword but Jake quickly got in the way & summoned a shield which pushed back Beatrice to where she almost landed into the others. The Junior 9 members got all excited & hugged Jake as they all now have their powers for one final battle.
After explaining to the others why the Strake was on their side & why it attacked them before. They all realized that they can now take on the villains with the new allies to the rebellion & how they have an advantage. So they soon set up a trap for the villains which soon worked but it put them all in a battle with Buddy just running around & tripping whoever they were fighting. Jake was fighting Fathom but Jake was soon tackled by Finn who's eyes were green.. Jake then had to fight his "best friend" but he soon got an advantage by getting Finn far enough for Jake to throw a fireball at Lord Fathom's trident but Finn then grabbed Jake however the trident then got destroyed by the Strake. As soon as the trident was destroyed, it broke the spell over Finn & the other mer-folk leaving Finn confused on why he was hugging Jake from behind. Jake sighed in relief & he soon hugged Finn back, very glad that Finn was back to normal.
The villains sadly made their retreat when they realized they lost but then the whole world started to shake, the Junior 9 knew it was time making a portal open up so the J9 & Buddy ran in but Jake hesitated a bit but he soon let go of Finn and ran into the portal to the hideout (from Introductions) to do the spell with their powers to combine the worlds together however when they got into a circle & put their hands on the ground to fill the colors into the globe into the middle everything was a huge flash.
When the kids woke up & looked around, they were at a brand-new HQ with Jake's crew, the pups, Blaze, the bits, Ruby, Amaya, Greg, Santiago's crew, Doc's stuffed animals in stuffed forms, Sofia's animal friends and-
"Wait, where's Buddy?"
