Amelia continued their
arduous journey across the
countryside, their bodies weakened
by exhaustion and hunger. The bike
sputtered to a halt, devoid of fuel,
leaving them stranded on a desolate
highway.

Only the dry winds
whispered around them, carrying
with them a sense of desolation.
With the last vestiges of their
strength, they pushed the bike
forward, desperate to find a place to rest and replenish their supplies. But
the toll of their ordeal proved too
much for Oliver, who collapsed from
dizziness. Amelia, driven by
determination, lifted him onto the
bike and pushed on.

As they pushed forward, a loud sound
echoed from the road, grabbing
Amelia's attention. Her eyes
struggled to focus, but through the
haze, she glimpsed a figure with

brown eyes and beautiful
dark skin. The person wore a jacket
adorned with the words "I love
pandas" and a hoodie with panda
ears. Their voice resonated with
beauty and warmth. Amelia's eyes closed, and when she

awoke, she found herself in an
unfamiliar place, her head throbbing
with pain. Confusion enveloped her as
she realized Oliver was there,
sleeping peacefully. The girl who had
saved them, introducing herself as
Rho but preferring to be called
Kumaneko, approached them with a
plate of food. Amelia, startled and
wary, instinctively looked for

something to defend herself and her
brother. Sensing her fear, Rho
reassured her, her smile radiating
warmth and easing Amelia's anxiety.Oliver woke up and immediately
began eating without restraint.
Amelia playfully knocked his head,
reminding him to slow down. In the
midst of the moment, Oliver couldn't
help but steal glances at Rho,
captivated by her beauty. Amelia
teasingly scolded him for staring, but
deep down, Oliver's heart was
wounded.

Rho inquired about their origins,
prompting tears to flow from
Amelia's eyes. Oliver, attempting to
maintain his nonchalant demeanor,
urged her to get over it. But beneath
his facade, he too felt the weight of
their shared pain. Rho expressed her welcome, inviting them to stay as
long as they wished.

Oliver, still guarded, thanked Rho but
insisted they would leave once they
replenished their supplies. His words
were met with a cold response,
prompting Amelia to intervene,
reminding Oliver of the debt they
owed Rho for saving their lives.
Oliver, realizing his mistake,
apologized.
