Matteo riddle's Hufflepuff

I was walking with my friend Hannah Abott heading to the great hall for dinner. We were gossiping about drama we heard around the castle.

"Did you hear? A other fight broke out in the court yard last week." Hannah said

"Really? Who?" I asked

"I'm not sure but I bet it was a Slytherin, always starting problems." Hannah said as we entered the great hall

"Hannah you can't judge. Remember never judge a book by their cover. And that doesn't mean books." I said

"You're too nice." She said playfully rolling her eyes at me as we sit down with are other friends.

"FUCK YOU. PIECE OF SHIT."

I was talking to my friends and we turn around to the yelling voice. It was coming from the Slytherin table.

Two boys were fight like bloody fighting.

"Told you." Hannah said whispering in my ear

McGonagall uses her wand to pull them away from each other.

One of the boys were really beaten up.

"One of you bring him to madam pomfrey." She said to a group of boys staring

"Now!" She ordered

The group of boys scrambled to carry the boy out of the grand hall.

"As for you, detention!" She said

The boy that I couldn't really get a good sight of scoffs

"You're lucky you're not expelled, riddle! Now everyone back to your dorms." She ordered

All students begin to get up and head to the dorm.

"That was crazy wasn't it!" Hannah said

"I suppose?" I said a little confused not really knowing what exactly happened

"I told you! Slytherin are bad news!" She said a little too loud

"How bout you shut it Hufflepuff." Pansy said walking past us

Hannah goes behide me "she didn't mean it, sorry." I said

"Yeah sure she didn't." Pansy said sarcastically

"How bout you shut your dumb friend up before something like in the grand hall happens to her." Pansy said laughing with one of her friends

"Look she really didn't mean it." I said firmly

The group of girl begins to walk up to us with their wand drawn pointing at us. Hannah still behide me.

They being to get closer as we begin to back up. Til we hit a wall. Pansy points the wand to me.

"Cur-"

"That's enough, pansy." A boy said cut off pansy

"Riddle you're-"

"I'm what?" The boy interrupted cutting pansy off again

"Leave them alone, they did nothing wrong."

"They we're talking poorly about are house."

"And what? you got mad, that it's true. Pansy, daphne, Astoria. How bout we head back to the dorms?" He said

One of the girl I believe Daphne giggle "sure Matteo." She said in a flirty manner

The boy walks away with the girls following him but not before pansy give us a death stare.

Once they were out of sight we back away from the wall and being to walk to our dorms.

"Wow! I can't wait to tell people that happened. I mean honestly did yo-" I cut Hannah off

"Hannah! I love you, but your big mouth almost gotten us beaten up. So please stop talking." I said

I knew what I said was rude but it bothered me how even though she started it she was just behide me.

"Yeah sorry about that. Can I tell you later in the dorms tonight." She said excitedly

"How bout tomorrow morning? I'm way to tired." I said as we enter the Hufflepuff common room and head to our dorms.

The next morning had rolled around and Hannah would not shut up about last night.

"It was insane you should of been there." Hannah said tell one of are friends as we walk to charms together.

We were about to walk in when McGonagall pulled me aside.

"Ahh miss diggory just the girl I was looking for." She said

"Yes McGonagall?" I asked

"I need you to be in detention." She said

"What?!? Did I do something wrong?" I asked in a panic

"Oh no, no dear. I know that you are passing and actually ahead in all your classes. I was wondering if you could for a month teach a student some lessons."

"So like a tutor?" I asked

"Yes exactly. Here this is the class number. I have alerted your charms, and potion professors that you will be out all this month. And that if you need work to give it to me so I can teach you personally." She said handing me a piece of paper walking away.

I begin to follow the paper. I knock on the door of the class. A man with a magical eye open the door.

"Ahh you must be y/n." The man said

"Yes sir." I said

"Well I leave you to teach the boy, but just a warning he's kind of hard headed. Well anyway goodbye" he said walking out the class

I peek in the class to see it empty with only one boy in the back of the class. The class was dirty and dusty.

I begin to go to the back of the class. He was smoking inside a class, inside a school! And he didn't care

"Look miss, I don't care what kind of degree you got or what subject you teach. I'm just trying to get out of here. So I'll put in a good word for your old ass and I'll be on my way." He said

I grab a chair and pull it opposite of him and sit down.

"Umm I'm not old, and I don't have a degree well not yet that's for sure." I said with a smile

"Huh?" He looks up

"You're a student." He said slightly surprised

"No I'm actually a 400 years old man disguised as a 15 year old girl." I said trying to make a joke but he didn't laugh

Tough crowd....

He finally chuckles "you got humor." He said, I smile glad that he enjoyed the joke.

"So what should we work on first?" I asked grabbing the books and work I was given to teach him

"What's your name?" He asked leaning on the desk looking at me

"Y/n diggory"

"You're a Ravenclaw?" He asked

I wasn't wearing my robe today only the basic uniform.

"No." I said

"They got someone who's not a Ravenclaw to teach me." He scoffed

"Let me guest a fucking Gryffindor." He said with a look of disgust as if the word left a bad tasted in his mouth

I guess he's never heard of my family, though my brother; Cedric is more known

"Actually a Hufflepuff." I said

"You're a Hufflepuff." He said seeming a little shocked

"Yes! Now we should get to work." I said not really wanting to talk about my personal life

"Yeah no thanks." He said

"How bout this I will give 5 gallons for every work you finish." I offered

He looked at me for a second and with a straight face he spoke

"My father is the heir of Slytherin. I don't need your money. But I do have a offer" He stated
