Hi everyone! I know it's been a while since I've updated but I just want to say this and bring this to attention since it is something that I think involves and applies to me and this work;
Very recently, a video came up on my Tiktok FYP where it shows a reddit post where someone had commented on Ao3 that they had put the unfinished work through ChatGPT -An AI- to get the 'ending' of the work. I personally find this very disturbing and confusing, since this person could have just only read finished works through Ao3's filtering system.

For me with AI's being used to finish works for readers unwilling to wait or find another fanfiction to read, I personally have questioned whether or not I should unpublish this work since I am afraid that someone will put my hard work through an AI to generate the story. I really hope it doesn't come to this and I would really appreciate it if nobody would do that.
I'm not saying that you can't use a bot to create personalised fanfiction -that's not what I'm saying at all- I'm saying that I want to enjoy writing it as you possibly are reading it, I don't want to have to compete with an AI who doesn't have to go through life struggles or writer's block, because that's simply impossible for a single human like me to do.
All I'm saying is please don't use AI on unfinished works, even if the fanfics are from years ago and still are unfinished, since it's not fair on the writer.
