Ash pov
I woke up in the next morning next to Ace oh how could my father be this cruel i mean i know he is cruel but i didn't think he would go this far. I need to find Samantha maybe she has this weird dreams to if only Grace would be here she always knew how to handle this kind of stuff. I looked over to Ace he really has familiarity with Grace but im only imagine things now.

"Hey Ace wake up cmon"
"Mmm five more minutes"
"Cmon i have to ask you something it's important"

It's true it is important i want to know if he knew Grace and when yes in what context.

"That can wait"  god i never noticed how hot his sleepy voice were. I started blushing but i tried to hide it. And in that moment Cole came in great.

"What." I said to him
"I liked you more when your memories were wiped out... don't tell me you guys did the thing i think you did"
"What?! No!" I say blushing more but this time out of embarrassment how could he said that.
"Your the one blushing here..."
"Cole i swear to god if you don't shut up i will hit you and i will make it hurt"
"Okay okay sorry" he said as he got out of the room.

I let ace sleep apparently he really need that rest so im alone with my thoughts and i wonder more and more what context he has with Grace i mean she's is my best friend after all. After a while i shoke ace again.

"Ace cmon we really have to talk" i say i really needed to know if he by any chance knew Grace maybe he knows where she is or maybe im just being delusional right now

"Love can't that wait"
"No it can't"
"Okay fine give me five minutes i'll be ready" with that said he goes to the bathroom after five minutes he comes out again and leans against the doorframe.

Ace pov

I went out of the bathroom and leaned against the doorframe.

"So whats this important thing you wanted to talk about love"
"Do you know a girl named Grace"
When i heard that name my eyes went wide open in shock and my head went full with questions one in particular.

How does she know my sister?

"Ace are you-" I didn't let her finish
"How" my eyes are full with tears I desperately try not to cry but how does she know about my missing sister.
"How what? What do mean?"
"How do you know my sister?" I see her eyes went wide she was clearly shocked but i had to know how does she know my sister does she know where she is or is she already long dead?
"Your sister? That's why you almost look like her..."
"Ash please tell me she's still alive" i wiped a tear away that was rolling down my face.

"Ace im sorry i don't know the last time i saw her was four years ago in the heroes base maybe you should know that i wasn't the only one who struggled with suicidal thoughts and depression she did too we promised each other to stay alive for one another but I don't know if she kept the promise"

That was it I couldn't hold my tears in anymore I started crying and collapsed on the floor I felt hands around me ash was hugging me comforting me and for the first time I felt... loved.

"Ash" i call out my voice cracking down a little.
"Please never try to take your own life ever again. I will love you for the rest of my life. My heart is yours please don't ever give it back to me"
