Two months later, The north of Norway

The make-out session lasted longer than you expected before Elizabeth swiftly stood up and slapped you across your face. Although to be honest you didn't really feel the slap because of the amazing feeling still flowing through your entire body.

"what the fuck do you think you are doing?" She had asked before she continued to yell at you for a few minutes.

Altho the slap hurt and it was not a great introduction to the American family, you still looked back on the kiss as the best you had ever had. And in moments like this, spent in the cold, snow-littered forest of Norway the memory broth a smile to your face and a warm feeling in your stomach.

Soon after the slap, you and Mister Olsen had spent around an hour discussing a good deal. He opted for a more pricy option that offered 1 day delivery time and a 24/7 on-call help desk. He also requested that that person would be you, something you were happy to do. It meant you would also install all the products he had ordered, which was something you enjoined quite a lot.

You were currently on your last day of deployment in the north of Norway, guarding the Russian border. It was cold and windy, and when it started to snow it felt like your entire face would fall off from frostbite. That was where the memory of kissing the beautiful woman came in handy.

Elizabeth's pov, 2 months after the kiss

"ELIZABETH!?" Robby all but yelled from across the kitchen island, finally getting Elizabeth out of her trans.

"Jesus Robby, you don't need to yell," she answer a bit taken back and also confused. She thought he had already left for the studio and was starting to prepare for a relaxing day at home, going over some lines and doing research for her upcoming project.

"I tried your name like five times, you were completely zoned out," he said coming around the corner and putting his hands on her hips before half-heartedly asking, "You ok?"

"Oh yeah, just thought you already left for work," she explained while fumbling a bit, feeling a bit uncomfortable with the sudden intimacy.

It had been happening for a few weeks now, she would feel a little uncomfortable every time he kissed her goodbye or came too close. She had also started to notice how little he seemed to care. Like right now she heard him ask her if she was ok, however, she now noticed there was no real sentiment behind it. He said it because he played the dutiful husband but he did not mean it. It was like she was a fly on his wall and he only really saw her when it benefited him.

However, she was so excited and preoccupied with her upcoming project "Love and Death" to think about talking about it. Playing a role based on a real story was a challenge she looked forwards to, despite the thorough research it required her to do.

This also excused her somewhat distant behavior towards her husband and seeing as she often went into a phase like this during a new project, he thought nothing of it. It was quite nice for Elizabeth, however, would every now and then she would think back to that kiss and the moments leading up to it.

She could not forget the way you had looked at her, how she felt seen. And your kiss was just so gentle and passionate at the same time. It was something Lizze had not experienced in a good few years, and now found herself missing.

On top of all of this, it did not help that you were coming over again to install all the equipment David had bought in a few days. Although Lizzie honestly had no idea what it was you were installing, just the mere thought intrigued her.
